The property was good. The front staff was great. Had a little technical difficulties but they made sure it didn’t interfere with anything to their best ability. Once resolved we got the room key. Technical difficulties aren’t the staff issues it’s just technology when it fails lol. Would definitely recommend them.
Everything was good
I liked the ambience as well as the color palette for the rooms. The led mirrors in the bathroom wad also a really nice touch. Overall, a wonderful stay.
The only thing that I could think of that the property could improve on is the quality of the pillows and duvet. The soft pillows did not offer enough neck support and the duvet was a tad bit scratchy. Apart from that, everything else was fine.
I really loved the care of the staff. Jason made us feel so welcome!

Hilton Garden Inn was a friendly, clean hotel and close to what we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were there to ride the Neuse River Trail and it was only about 10 mins away. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants / shopping within walking distance.
