Gostei do atendimento e dos funcionários do hotel.
Quarto poderia ser um pouco maior, mas estava de bom tamanho.
Het ontbijt was prima op een buitenterras. Keuze was ruim voldoende en we werden elke ochtend vriendelijk verwelkomt door Benzel een hele zorgzame medewerkster.

Camera non idonea al livello di 4 stelle, vecchia, niente acqua di cortesia. Alla richiesta di cambiare stanza le alternative erano peggio e direttamente su zone di passaggio come sala comune etc etc con zero privacy

The AC was poor, I was thinking that the thermostat at the room can adjust the AC but during the checkout I found that the AC is controlled from the receiption, so, I should have told them to lower the temperature but I did not know this information.
However,. I will rate the hotel 10/10
Stayed for one night on a business trip. Boutqiue property. Clean and comfortable rooms. CLEANLINESS was of very high standard and the housekeeping ladies were very hardworking and passionate about their work. The rooftop breakfast area was very nice, roomy and atmospheric. I saw a small pool / plunge pool too. They have a Solarium area for Sun Bathing. The Filipino lady handling the breakfast was good too. The man who checked us out on 17th morning was a bit grumpy though. Sebastiano (receptionist) was good and communicated well on the phone. This hotel is about a 10-15 taxi ride from the center. If you want to be in the centre and an in an atmospheric area, this is not for your. The area of the hotel is residential and ordinary looking.
Location was great, close enough to the city centre but far enough for easy access and exit by road. Parking is a very short walk from the hotel and not too expensive. The hotel is small, well decorated/boutique like and comfortable. The staff at check in was superb starting our stay in great style. He went a long way over and above to make us welcome and gave us lots of help with directions and suggestions. Great places to eat and drink just a very short walk away. The breakfast was extensive for a small hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable and immaculately clean. All the staff were great.
The bar is not staffed at all times and does not have airconditioning, this encouraged us to leave the premises, which was ultimately a very nice evening out. Other than this, no complaints at all.

The location close to the metro was perfect, the breakfast was fine, nice local bars / cafe around the hotel full of families
