The hotel is nice and located at the top of the mountain which provides for a great view of Taxco. It was quiet. There was shopping in the hotel, including silver shops with prices comparable to those in town. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the decor is outdated. The hotel could use some updating. No other complaints.

La señorita que atiende el teleférico afuera es muy bonita pero muy grosera yo creo deberían darle unos cursos de atención al cliente cuando van a pedir trabajo hasta ruegan cuando lo tienen les vale estar con el celular todo el tiempo
El camino muy sinuoso muy bonito pero muy resbaloso el taxista que nos subió casi destroza su auto por qué estaba lloviendo el hizo todo por subirnos la verdad fue el héroe del día
