Excelente localizacion

Clean, and close proximity to nice restaurants and shopping
No pool, no peephole in room doors
Quiet location in the heart of the city. Spacious room with very comfortable large bed, excellent bathroom, lots of closet space, and nice kitchenette. Excellent breakfast. Very cheerful and helpful staff. Good restaurants in the surrounding neighbourhood.
20-minute walk to the nearest metro station. Gym is pretty limited with a treadmill and a couple of weights in a small room, but we did not visit Medellin for workouts! Leblon lacks distinctive character of the kind that we found in most of our other hotels in Colombia, but it is not a problem when the surrounding city is so special.
The hotel room and the service were super good. Everyone was very attentive. It was very peaceful, and my children loved the cookies they had in the lobby.
When the earthquake happened, it really affected our entire vacation. We were very scared, and none of us could sleep well because we no longer felt safe or at peace. We wanted to go back home.
I cannot say that this was the hotel’s fault, because it was a natural disaster. Even during that moment, the manager and the kitchen staff treated us very well, even though they were also scared themselves. They did their best to keep us calm and reassure us.
The location was good we have 2 malls in walking distance and many food options
location was great only the hotel was on a hill with a lot of stairs. We have to climb to get there. We have to ask many times for towels this was very irritating

La possibilité de se rafraichir et de pouvoir manger un petit gâteau à la réception.
Dans notre cas particulier, la gestion de la crise du tremblement de terre qui a été très très bien gérée avec une grande attention portée aux clients de l'hôtel.

Breakfast was almost the same everyday

Property was in an excellent location. Building is old but well maintained. The room was spacious. Staff is super friendly and the included breakfast was fabulous
Fitness room could use some fixing up. Treadmill wasn’t working. Could use a few more weights. Only had 2 dumbbells.

Realmente espectacular como se portaron
El aire acondicionado de la habitación tenía una gotera, realmente no fue mal,. Por que me cambiaron de habitación de manera inmediata, muy atentos en ese sentido.

Le personnel à l'accueil peut être froid, ne pas faire l'effort de parler plus lentement en espagnol pour que nous puissions mieux le comprendre.
Nous avons eu besoin qu'un médecin vienne à l'hôtel pour faire une injection ou qu'on nous donne les coordonnées d'un cabinet ouvert tardivement (19h30) pour nous y rendre. Cela fut compliqué d'obtenir de l'aide. À 20h, on nous a dit que c'était trop tard que cela ne serait possible que le lendemain.

Breakfast was perfect, not too much but more than enough. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the location is in the middle of everything while also providing some privacy.
