Convenience and warm, welcoming smiles
Pros:

Just across the airport! Lots of parking space. Room massively spacious with a little coffee bar! Large fridge. Staff were amazing! They were welcoming and spoke to you in a way where it feels like it’s not simply their job to be polite, but to really put a smile on your face.

Cons:

Marketed as a high end hotel, but the room furnishings flop. The furniture feels decently upscale, but many small neglected details (some walls hastily painted, door stopper broken, crooked shower head) otherwise clash with their intended presentation. All cosmetic, but one expects to be paying the higher prices for the vision they try sell

Great place to stop when travelling the Alcan.
Pros:

Check in was friendly. Parking was great, I had a trailer and there was a parking at the back where I could park it up to the wall of the hotel for extra security. Restaurant on site was a bonus as I didn’t want to leave after a long day driving. The shower was delightful.

Convenient stay near the airport
Pros:

The staff was very kind and accommodating. They made sure an iron and ironing board was available in our room. The shower was great and room was clean.

Cons:

Mattress wasn’t very comfortable and the single pillows on our bed were too high so slept without one. Our room wasn’t cleaned or restocked the following morning.

The hotel location is great for RV pickup but not city sightseeing. Facilities are new and acceptable but not satisfacto
Pros:

Walking distance to the airport without a heavy luggage. Very nice staff.

Cons:

There is no elevator in the building and no clear accessible entrance. Please be aware of this situation which is not friendly to people needs aids. However, the staff is very helpful to try to accommodate this like change the room to the ground floor and help the the luggage. The second thing is that there is no shuttle to the airport so the taxi charged a flat fee to the hotel and it is extremely unreasonable for a 650meters drive. Please check with the taxi fares before you get on it.

Très propre.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et le système de check-in à l’avance en ligne n’a pas réellement accéléré l’arrivée.

It was a decent stay, especially being in such a remote place like the Yukon territory. Easy to spot on the highway.
Pros:

It was easy to find since it was along the main highway.

Cons:

The bidet didn't work at all even though they had it in the room. Water just trickled out.
