The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The staff was exceptional.
Da es am Flughafen gelegen ist, hat es in der Nacht Verkehr und Gäste die An- und Abreisen. Das Verursacht entsprechend Lärm in der Nacht.

very fancy and expensive for someone who just needed a few hours sleep before catching a 5am flight; room was clearly designed for a business traveler
Located across the street and walking distance from the airport. Literally across the street. Pricey for what you get but that seems to be everywhere in Whitehorse. Rooms clean with a good attempt to modernize with cheap fixtures but still clean comfortable to be in. But hallway, reception and lobby outdated.
Very good, very clean, very comfortable and no carpet on the floor, hooray!
I stayed just a few hours
If you’re backpacking or not in a hurry, the airport is just across the main highway. Airport shuttle is also available from arrivals. The aroma of curry and spices will surely make you famished. Freddie a very thorough and friendly lad at the front desk recommends the curry dishes. Rooms are clean. AC/heating in each rooms. The second floor front side of the hotel has great views and the rooms have their own small terrace where you can relax and sunbathe or finish that book on hand. Rooms have been updated. The jacuzzi room is gone though. They have bidets in each bathroom.

This property has a lot of really nice extras showing they are very attentive to the details. From comfortable house shoes to sanitizers and above all the incredible incomparable light blocking shades on the windows!

I think the price is a bit too high compared to the other hotels that I stayed a long the roed.

Uncomfortable beds, no elevator
Jefferson at the front desk is the best I've encountered and is beyond helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean and well appointed and I was very pleasantly surprised at the yummy Taj Mahal Restaurant on the first floor.
Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and so handy across from the airport. It literally took us less than 10min to walk and the cross walks are safe.
My friend's credit card was not accepted and we still have no idea why not as it worked other places. Also, there is a $300 temporary surcharge people should be aware of in case you've already maxed out your credit card!
Freddie the front desk clerk was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Great location for travelers
Did not have an elevator, but the staff was more than willing to help us with our luggage. The bathroom, sink, counter area is on the small side. Otherwise it was good
