La habitación no se siente fría es abrigadora, la amplitud en el baño.

Cons:

Desayuno, hace falta yogur sin dulce o yogurt griego, y frutos secos, hacen falta canales de internet en la TV, más elementos en el.gimnasio.

La peor experiencia de mi vida y la de mi hijo de 11 años para hacer CHECK IN en un hotel.......

el hotel es igual al de las fotos estilo francés, el desayuno espectacular la atención de Andrés en el desayuno fue muy valiosa , se había acabado los huevos y nos pidió un momento y nos propuso opciones de desayuno para acompañar a los huevos, felicitar al cocinero muy buenos sabores

Mi experiencia en el hotel se vio afectada por la forma en que fue manejado el proceso de registro (check In). Viajaba con mi hijo de 11 años a sus citas médicas y presenté mi documento de identidad, la tarjeta de identidad del menor, la tarjeta de Identidad de mi pareja y el registro civil de nacimiento que acreditaba claramente nuestro parentesco. A pesar de ello, se me exigieron requisitos adicionales que no encontré informados previamente en la reserva realizada a través de Booking.

Mi inconformidad no está relacionada con las medidas de protección a los menores, las cuales apoyo completamente, sino con la actitud poco empática, inflexible, confrontacional y lo peor delante de un menor de edad, con la que fue atendida la situación. La información publicada en Booking no indicaba la necesidad de presentar documentos autenticados ni autorizaciones enviadas por correo electrónico cuando el menor viaja acompañado por uno de sus padres y el parentesco puede acreditarse con la documentación correspondiente. Sandra Saveedra recepcionista pedía documentos autenticados (registro civil de nacimiento y carta de autorización de la madre en notaria) y correo electrónico de la madre quien estaba en otra ciudad trabajando en una reunión en esa hora y no podía responderme en ese momento, sus palabras "Booking es apenas un tramitador para nosotros" son nuestras normas NOTA "porque no enviarlas días antes antes de ingresar o que permitieran leerlas para desistir de tomar la opción en Booking"

Lo más triste fue el impacto que esta situación tuvo en mi hijo. Habíamos elegido este hotel porque le pareció muy bonito en las fotos y estaba emocionado de conocerlo. Sin embargo, la incertidumbre generada durante el check-in fue tal que terminó llorando por temor a que no nos permitieran ingresar a una reserva que ya estaba confirmada y pagada. Considero que este tipo de situaciones pueden y deben manejarse con mayor sensibilidad, respeto y orientación al cliente.

muy cómodo, muy bien ubicado, y disponible parqueadero.
Pros:

La zona donde esta ubicado es muy buena, con muchos restaurantes y cafes muy lindos para visitar, zona tranquila para caminar, muy comoda la habitación. Disponible parqueadero.

Cons:

Justo el dia que nos quedamos no hubo desayuno buffet y eso limitó lo que queriamos desayunar. fue desayuno americano. Nos explicaron era por ese dia.
