Me he quedado en este hotel mas de 20 veces y es evidente que, o ya no les importa el servicio al cliente, o cambiaron de administración. Ultima vez que me quedo en el hotel después de ser el preferido por mucho tiempo. Las 3 ultimas estancias con el baño malo en la habitación. Ayer además con un pésimo servicio en el check in. Puse la queja en mi ultima estancia y ninguna respuesta.

La ubicación y el diseño, es muy elegante
Siento que falta un ventilador/extractor en el baño, se encierra mucho el vapor. La habitación puede mejorar también. No se coloca agua no café.

Nice art work in the common areas.
The hotel was very 'budget' designed - toilet was gas station style, there was no way to stop the water from getting out of the shower, the room had no a/c or heat resulting the air being stagnate.
The breakfast was very poor (dry breads, limited selection, fruit was not crips, bland eggs - syrup for waffles but no waffles). They charged for everything that was not a pre pot made coffee. After the first morning, we went out and purchased breakfast from Massa very close to the hotel. They charged the same for cafe latte and had fresh offerings.
We arrived at 10 and wanted to get something to eat. We understood the kitchen was closed but we asked the front desk for help (we did not getting any). A nice couple walked into the hotel and point out that OXXO was still open a few blocks away and we went there and they only had ramen noodles.

The location is convenient close to everything. It's easy to get an Uber or a taxi. The staff is helpful and polite. The breakfast was good.
The shower's glass door system is ineffective as the water gets out of the shower, causing a messy floor.
