Отличный отель с хорошим располодением , сервисом и приветливым персоналом
Pros:

Отличные комфортные номера. Вкусные сытные завтраки.Отличная веранда на крыше с видом на город. Но не мешало бы ее убирать , иногда протирать столики.

Cons:

Не очень хорошая уборка , провода от лам над кроватью с вековой пылью, не мешало бы их протирать хоть иногда, очень бросается в глаза. На веранде на крыше тоже можно хоть иногда убирать и протирать столики.На 1 этаже рано утром будила машина, которая что-то разгружала в 4 утра.

Loved the rooftop terrace

Cons:

The shower head kept slipping too low, one of the lights didn’t work by the bedside, the phone did not work, sometimes there was a bad smell in the hallway.

Great Location and Value
Pros:

The hotel rating should be much higher. The staff especially Isabel were exceptional. From the front desk to the breakfast buffet staff, they were great and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I loved the location of the hotel. It is tucked in a nice, quiet neighborhood street but just a block away is a vibrant bustling street full of shops and small, cute cafes. It is also only about 3-4 miles away from the museums and attractions. There is a Carrefour (grocery store) just around the corner from the hotel as well. The breakfast buffet was a great value with fresh eggs, meats, fresh breads, pasteries and coffee.

L'hotel è in una posizione buona e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Le 4 stelle che vanta la struttura non sono dal mio punto di vista meritate, non l'ho trovata pulita, la moquette per nulla igienica. Ci sarebbero alcuni interventi di manutenzione da fare per rendere tutto più carino e gradevole

Privé parkeren bij hotel (50m)

Cons:

De kleerkast, vies en donker met weinig plaats. De safe kon niet gesloten worden, 2x gemeld maar er werd niks aan gedaan. Donkere badkamer, weinig licht. Douchen kon rechtstaand in ligbad, doch de instap/uitstap was gevaarlijk hoog. Kamer geboekt met speciale vraag om balkon. Balkon was te bereiken via 2 trapjes, klimmend door het raam. Alle hardhouten planken lagen los. Veel onkruid tussen de planken, tafel en stoelen waren vies. Hotel is zeker GEEN 4 sterren waard voor die prijs !
Ik raad dit hotel niemand aan !

Plutôt bien
Pros:

L'hotel convenait à mes attentes. Pas parfait mais "fait le taf" comme on dit ! Le point positif reste l'arrivée possible même tardivement et la proximité avec la gare de Lyon.

Cons:

Quelques défauts d'usures dans la chambre mais rien de grave, il ne faut juste pas être pointilleux!

Pros:

Aamiainen todella suppea, ruokailutila hyvin pieni. Ei vaihtelua aamupalan sisällöstä mikään päivä. Sijainti ok.

Cons:

Pimeä sisustus, viemärin tuoksu. Melko ahtaat tilat. Hyvin kehno äänieristys huoneissa. Kylpytilat ja wc selkeästi korjauksen tarpeessa. Ei vastaa millään neljän tähden hotellin luokitusta

WAITING ON REFUND FROM FAKE BOOKING

Traveled in a heatwave 2 hours from the airport to get to a concert. Arrived to be told all the bookings are fake due to thier account being hacked , spent double to book another hotel on the day , unsuitable location , more travel in taxi - STILL NO REFUND despite guests turning up every 5 mins being turned away due to fake bookings.
