Hotel though dated is in a superb position in Kilkenny.
Pros:

Very central for Kilkenny. Great views of the Castle. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Room quite dated for the price.

Good, comfortable stay in a central location.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

It was disgustingly hot. We made it through the night by opening all the windows and turning the fan provided on. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly

Excellent location, good choice to explore Kilkenny
Pros:

This is a very good choice for exploring Kilkenny, it is right in the middle of the city, by the river. The beautiful castle is right across the river. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and attentive, the check in was efficient and easy. Comfortable beds, large rooms. There is parking on site.

Cons:

Rooms have no aircon, which can be problematic on hot days. There is no fridge in the room. Quality of breakfast is rather average.

A great location but needs more TLC
Pros:

Location is perfect, right in the heart of Kilkenny city

Cons:

Stayed here a few times, has got very dated, reception and rooms need a paint, a little disapointed in the appearance. Car parking is a nightmare. Breakfast wasn't the best either. They could do better and have done in the past as I was.proud to get married here many years ago!

Pros:

Hotel direttamente in centro di Kilkenny con magnifica vista sul castello.
Anche se la nostra camera era in una dependance dell'albergo, questa era direttamente collegata alla struttura principale attraverso un corridoio interno.
Camera ridosso di una strada transitata ma completamente insonorizzata con bagno veramente grande.
Ottima colazione servita nella struttura principale
Menzione per il parcheggio interno alla struttura completamente gratuito.

Could hear people in the corridor, in the next room and as we were located on the ground floor we could hear passing cars outside.
Not surprised to hear people in the corridors due to the location of the hotel but it was difficult to sleep.
Did not feel this was good value for money
