Great location, close to everything
Pros:

Comfortable room with nice view of river and castle. Good selection for breakfast

Cons:

Some public areas could do with a face-lift- toilet doors etc., could do with fresh painting

We will not stay at this location again.
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

Noise from outside was loud until 2AM. We could not open the windows for air because they were at ground level on the street.

Disappointed
Pros:

The location, the room size, the comfortable beds.

Cons:

Its expensive and no hot water. The receptionist apologised, but, at a minimum, we should have been offered a small voucher for the hotel to make up for the inconvenience. Nothing was offered.

Pros:

Posizione centralissima, in pochi passi si raggiungono le principali attrattive turistiche di Kilkenny.
Parcheggio ampio a disposizione.

Cons:

L'hotel ha camere staccate dall'edificio principale, non comode da raggiungere specialmente se piove.

Unhappy with our stay.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.
A good breakfast was provided.

Cons:

The room we were allocated smelt of cigarette smoke. We could not stay in this room as it was soo bad. We were then moved to another room which was very comfortable however there was a wedding in the hotel. Some of the guests of the wedding were not respectful of other guests in the hotel as they were loud up and down outside our room.
The band for the wedding was extremely loud. There seem to be no curfew as we could still hear the band at 1.35am. I did put in a complaint to the manager of the hotel who did apologise however I think all guests should be made to be respectful of all as we are all paying guests.
We also had no hot water in the morning when we went to have showers.
Expensive for what we received.

Pros:

Absolut geniale Lage, gegenüber vom Kilkenny Castle.
Mit Blick auf den Fluss und die alten Schlossmauern schmeckt ein Irish Breakfast nochmal so gut, einfach herrlich.
Frühstück war Klasse.
