The worst place I ever been ever. Traveling around the world already 10 years, but never have lost so much money for not

Tea. They provide tea in a room.

Cons:

Property administrator was very Rude and hard to communicate even in native language. I booked one night first - one room, to look around old town Vilnius and after from 25th - 30th another room for rest of my holidays. Without my permission they decided to keep me in same room even didn’t ask if I agree with that. Room was smelly, loud and very hot during summer time and was impossible to have a rest after flight. After a call administration said sorry and informed me that they will send me full price refund for night and another appointment from 25th till 30th directly to my bank account, but they just sent me 1 night refund. I tried to contact again them that I am waiting my money for rest of appointment, but they ignored me. So don’t choose this place if you are looking for calm holidays in Heart old Town Of Vilnius. So after that I was in a rush to take my luggage and make check out. And need to find another place in the last minute, during summer time and weekend, prices is very high and good places already not available. P.S I booked this room with full insurance. So I lost my time, my efforts and my money 380e, in Lithuania minimum wage is 900e after taxes. It makes me stressed, disappointed.

Great location
Pros:

Key code entry and ease of entry. Location. Proximity to attractions and supermarket etc. Daily servicing.

Cons:

Didn't realise about downstairs washing and kitchen facilities. (Quite possibly our fault!)

Excellent location. Very comfortable and clear instructions for the self-chek in.

Lokalizacja była korzystna - wszędzie było blisko i cicho.

Cons:

Pokój za mały jak na dwie osoby, ciasno i ciężko we dwójkę poruszać się po pokoju, dodatkowy minus to brak klimatyzacji - w upalne lato za gorąco w pokoju. Łazienka również za mała.
