Mooi Hotel, mooie kamers en zeer vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

De ligging is top! Zeer grote kamer, mooie ruime badkamer!

Cons:

Gehorig aan de straatzijde! Veel verkeer. De liften waren kapot, moesten met onze koffers sjouwen!

Hrůza. Čistota, vybavení a stav hotelu neodpovídá úrovni 4 hvězd.
Pros:

na místě jsme byli 2 noci, tedy snídani jsme měli 2x. Standardní snídaně, spíš s menším výběrem. Po 2 dny ubytování výběr stačil, při delším pobytu by nebylo z čeho více vybírat

Cons:

Hotel je špinavý, zanedbaný. Vybavení je opotřebované. Na chodbách špinavé fleky na koberci. Zdi špinavé a otlučené. Na pokoji rozbitá dvířka o chladničky, chyběla židle ke stolku. Pokoj páchnul, nebylo možné vyvětrat, okno nelze dostatečně otevřít. Ze 3 výtahů pro hosty je v provozu jen jeden. Jediný funkční výtah měl v kabině rozbité zrcadlo. Měli jsem obavu že na nás spadne a střepy nás pořežou. Parkování je sdílené s obchodním domem. Do garáže nelze výtahem sjet přímo z hotelu.

Cons:

Lift from garage to reception is out of order so we needed to carry our languages from the stairs. It looks like it’s a common practice to scan your passport, not happy with it. Night receptionist was rude with no empathy at all!

The room was good enough - spacious and clean.

Cons:

The hotel feels a bit dated. It was probably a great place 10-12 years ago, but now some of the facilities are showing their age. For example, only one of the three guest elevators was working, and for two days all the elevators were out of service, only the staff elevator was available.

The breakfast was decent, but the selection was exactly the same every day throughout my week-long stay. It would be nice to see a bit more variety from day to day.
