Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Super Frühstück, sehr gute Auswahl und frisch. Alles da, was man sich wünscht.
Zimmerausstattung schon etwas älter, aber super sauber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Ich hatte das Doppel-oder Zweibettzimmer zum Preis von 126 @€ gebucht. Privatparkplatz vorhanden. Privatparkplatz war nicht vorhanden, erst nach heftiger Intervention war dann doch ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Kosten 12 €/Nacht. Das Doppelbett war eine Zumutung, max. 1,5 m breit. Das zusätzliche Frühstück ist die 20€ nicht wert. Das Frühstücksei war kalt. Die Kaffeemaschine überlastet.

Cons:

Viel zu schmales Bett obwohl großes Doppelbett gebucht und bezahlt. Der Preis 130€+2x20€Frühstück+12€Parken=182€ ist völlig überzogen. Ich wollte das reklamieren, da war die Rezeption schon nicht mehr besetzt.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer groß, hell und geräumig. Das Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Insgesamt war es sehr sauber, nur die Toilette wurde wahrscheinlich vergessen zu reinigen.
Die große Minibar funktionierte mit Selbstbedienung und Angabe der entnommenen Getränke auf einem Zettel unter Angabe der Zimmernummer. Leider fanden es andere Gäste vorteilhaft, die Getränke auf einem fremden Zettel anzustreichen. Eigentlich eine gute Idee, wenn alle Gäste ehrlich wären. Bei der Bezahlung konnte das Problem aber geklärt werden.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – tolles Personal und top Preis-Leistung
Pros:

Wir haben uns im Artushof sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgesprochen freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Sowohl beim Check-in und Check-out als auch beim Frühstück wurden wir sehr herzlich behandelt – man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel solide, angenehm und gemütlich. Unser Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben wirklich gut geschlafen. Die Zimmer sind vielleicht nicht mehr die modernsten oder hochwertigsten, dafür aber sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich, was für uns deutlich wichtiger ist.

Auch mit dem Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden. Insgesamt hat für uns einfach alles gepasst und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top.

Wir würden den Artushof jederzeit wieder buchen und können ihn für einen Aufenthalt in Dresden absolut empfehlen.

Geweldig.
Pros:

Was echt heel goed een mooie ontbijt zaal en er waren heel veel gerechten, wij eten vegetarisch maar de zalm zag er heel goed uit! Hebben we toch niet genomen. Er werd verse scrambled eggs gemaakt door de kok. Ook erg tevreden met de parkeerplaats.

Cons:

Eigenlijk was het helemaal goed.

Uitstekend voor een nacht.
Pros:

Mooi, ouder pand. Lijkt op een voormalige stadsvilla. Uitstekend onderhouden.

Cons:

Geen airco. Met de ramen open dring het stadsleven behoorlijk door.
