Excellent hotel in the heart of everything!
Pros:

Location was in the heart of all of the restaurants, steps from Hagia Sophia and landmarks. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant located on the top floor was 10/10, amazing views and the food was superb.

Cons:

Our first room didn't match the picture of my Booking.com reservation, it needed "TLC." After 2 days we requested to be moved to another room and the front desk helped moving us to a room which was exactly like the picture we saw on Booking.com. Make sure you show the front desk the room you are expecting or they'll place you in another room. I don't think it was intentional but it's something you have to confirm at the start. Either way, after they moved us the rest of the trip was enjoyable.

La posizione è perfetta ! Nelle vicinanze ci sono tantissimi locali, negozietti, mini market. L'accoglienza del personale, pulizie sono eccezionali. Un ringraziamento speciale a Erhan e suo efficiente staff della sala colazioni

Very comfortable!
Pros:

Location is super, spacious 2-room family room, they have also roof top restaurant. All you need for city stay.

Cons:

It could be a bit cleaner (under bed etc), and it could be boring to eat the same breakfast too many days.

Istanbul impressed us not only with its wonderful food and beautiful sights, but also with the warmth, kindness, and sincere hospitality of its people. We were welcomed by Mr. Erhan, an exceptional person, super helpful and welcoming, with the highest resolution of every problem, perfect hotel to see all of Istambul on foot and with plenty of places to eat!
