Localização do hotel é excelente, bem próximo aos principais pontos turísticos de Sultanahmet, de restaurantes e comércio. Tamanho e conforto do quarto. Atendimento do staff do hotel. Todos muito educados e gentis. Limpeza do quarto.

Cons:

Localização do nosso quarto. Parte dos quartos fica numa seção central do hotel com acesso diretamente por elevador, porém nosso quarto ficava numa seção em que é necessário passar pelo restaurante, depois por escadas etc. O quarto ficava de frente para uma rua sem saída que funcionava à noite como estacionamento, havendo barulho de manobristas falando bem cedo de manha. A internet naquela parte do hotel também era muito fraca, de modo que o WIFI era fraco e intermitente. Café da manhã tem poucas opções para quem prefere café da manhã continental.

Merveilleux séjour

Séjour merveilleux. Nous avons tout apprécié (le personnel très aidant-nous avons eu des problèmes avec nos bagages à l'aéroport et ils nous ont aidé à faire le suivi auprès de la compagnie aérienne. Nous sommes très reconnaissant de leur aide et service), le petit déjeuner est très varié et DÉLICIEUX!!! Le personnel souriant et très aidant. Un grand merci à monsieur Erhan pour son accueil lors du petit déjeuner) Nous sommes très très satisfait de notre séjour et nous y retournerons inchallah. Le quartier est animé avec pleins de restaurants. Les chambres sont très propres. Un grand merci pour tout!

Fantastic stay, great staff, great location
Pros:

The staff were all great, the rooftop terrace has spectacular views, the breakfast was very good with lots of choices, my room was spacious and the location was perfect to enjoy the local history and attractions

Cons:

No gym, can’t enjoy a shisha on the roof top terrace to soak in all the views.
