Czysto, śniadania super, lokalizacja w pobliżu tramwaju T2 (uwaga można pomylić z 12, T ma krótki daszek), tramwaj odjeżdża z Santa Maria Novella i dojeżdża do centrum przystanek Stazione Ferraviaria niedaleko Bazyliki i Plazza Santa Lorentz, tam jest brama do miasta, jeśli ktoś lubi spacery i najlepsze sklepy z Mediolanu ( najlepsze marki i pieniądze), blisko Galerii di Uffizi, Plazza della Republica, Plazze Signiorina,mostu Ponto Vecchio, Plazza Veccho. Troszkę dalej do Santa Croce, ale są się przejść. Dobre sklepy z biżuterią most Ponte Vecchio i ubranka. Po drugiej stronie tarasy widokowe na wzgórzach, pierwszy Giardino di Baldini (byłem fajny) dalej nie byłem ale wygląda na wzgórzach fajnie

Pros:

Kamer was schoon, bed was heel goed. Kamer is goed donker te maken. Zwembad was heel fijn. Locatie en vervoer naar centrum was gemakkelijk. Verschillende restaurants in de buurt.

Cons:

Lawaai van andere kamers en bovenverdieping.

Great vibe, lack of investment.
Pros:

We've had a short stay therefore we will only be describing the vibe. Not much interraction with staff, but every single we had was pleasant and staff acted politely and professionally. Our wish to be accomodated in a room with balcony was as promissed fullfiled. Room was clean and hallways are also well decorated. What really stands out is the garden and plenty of spaces to park. Great location when you want to see the whole city but dont want to spend too much time looking for a parking space. We left our car at the hotel and about 10-15 min. walk got us to a nearby shopping center, where we hopped on a tram. Hotel looks and feels great but lacks improovement towards modern days. Yet it takes you back a couple of years but still a solid room for the price.

Cons:

What we think is worth to mention from the things that might need improovements are defintely: hairdryer, also in a 4 star hotel one would expect to see sockets on both sides of the bed, the minibar door broke off during our stay and it looked liked it had been temporarily fixed with some glue before (it worked great and also was a great size to be complex and honest), we dearly missed something to sit on on the balcony, if we were staying longer we'd definetely be asking for something so there is nothing to judge here.
