The service was not the best. They werent very nice to be honest. Now I am still trying to get the full receipt for my stay., including VAT. Has taken me over a month and still havent received a fulle receipt

Soggiorno perfetto!
Pros:

Siamo stati in occasione di un concerto a Visarno. E' letteralmente perfetto per arrivare all'ippodromo sia in macchina (parcheggiando per strada) che a piedi, se siete un pò temerari, essendo distante circa 3km.
Struttura bellissima, pulita, con parcheggio coperto e scoperto, gratuito. Staff gentilissimo, ci hanno aiutato con indicazioni per raggiungere l'arena nel caso in cui non avessimo voluto guidare.
Colazione abbondante, piscina, bar.
Che altro serve?

Cons:

Nulla, posizione perfetta se ci si deve spostare in quella zona. Da fare attenzione solo alla Fascia Verde che potrebbe essere un problema per automobili troppo vecchie.

Business hotel adatto a tutti
Pros:

- hotel enorme pulito e tenuto bene, ottimo come business hotel
- Piscina bella, tenuta bene e con servizio asciugamani
- staff molto cortese e disponibile anche al ristorante, dove sono stati molto gentili anche con la bambina
- parcheggio grande.
- Colazione varia e di qualità (molto carina la macchinetta self service e il distributore di succhi) dolci, salati, e frutta fresca veramente ottimi, come anche la vasta scelta di prodotti come marmellate, formaggi, miele ecc...
- prontezza nel rispondere alle richieste come cuscini in più rasoio da barba ecc..

Cons:

- Mi è stato detto che Non si poteva bere o mangiare nell'area della piscina e quindi non ci simo potuti gorede Un drink mentre ci rilassavamo (anche se di gente che beveva e mangiava cose comprate dal bar ne ho viste diverse)
- il menù del ristorante discreto e non valorizzato al meglio, probabilmente la materia prima non è paragonabile a quella della colazione (escluse uova strapazzate e bacon che non erano proprio buonissime nella realizzazione) in più se mi si chiede il grado di cottura della carne, è molto importante rispettarlo.
- mi aspettavo di trovare un bollitore in camera (ma questa è una cosa soggettiva)

Ottima dimora limitrofa al centro di Firenze.
Pros:

Spazi ampi ,cura, pulizia e personale cordiale e professionale. Malgrado sia molto grande la cura degli ospiti è ottima. Per chi usa la propria autovettura per gli spostamenti è ottimo, il parcheggio sotterraneo e gli spazi di manovra ampi sono un plus. E’ vicino all’aeroporto ma non ho notato rumore.

Cons:

Se devo trovare una pecca, la parte esterna della struttura non rispecchia la bellezza e la cura degli ambienti interni.
