Pros:

Location, location, location. Access to pool from room. Right in the heart of Kamala beach.

Lovely hotel and staff in the centre of Kamala beach
Pros:

Great location on the beach, large room, lovely staff, bath and shower. Could accommodate a late checkout.

Cons:

Located next to a bar so you can hear the music even in the room during the day. Music stops at 10pm.

Beware of this property
Pros:

I had booked a stay at Layalina because I was genuinely excited about bringing my 67-year-old mother to Phuket for her birthday. We booked the 90 sqm Duplex Private Ocean View with Rooftop and were looking forward to what was supposed to be a very special mother-son trip. This is just a boutique hotel, yet the attitude from reception was as though they were operating at the level of a major international luxury brand such as Pullman, Hyatt or Marriott except the basic customer service I experienced was nowhere close to what I would expect from those brands.

For me, the problem is not whether the hotel is big or small; it is the attitude towards the guest. I am travelling with an elderly mother but again, Thats the problem

المكان جميل جدا وهادئ وعلى البحر مباااااااشره الفندق صغير لكنه رايق تمنيت كانت سفرتي كلها عندهم في سفين اليفين خلف الفندق والفطور عندهم حلو ولذيذ مو بوفيه انتو تختارون من القائمه ايش تبغون تاكلون اليوم وتعطونهم الورقه صباح بدري او من الليل … الموظفه فرح متعاااونه جدا لو رجعت بوكت ثاني ارجع اسكن فيه لانه على شاطئ كمالا مباشره الي مهتمين بالمسبح ترا صغير جدا

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal ! Le personnel est très agréable, et le petit déjeuner est sympa,

Cons:

Des travaux dans l’immeuble à côté provoquait quelques nuisances sonores. Mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien.
Il manque un parasol sur le rooftop, car en l’état, en plein soleil; nous n’avons pas pu faire en profiter.

Spectacular place
Pros:

Layalina is the best place in Khamala. Lovely staff, safe, clean and its right on the beach. We stayed there maybe 5 times, its highly recommended.

Locatie prima, hotel kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken.
Pros:

De locatie was prima. Vlak bij het strand en de winkels.

Cons:

Kamer was vies, schimmel op het plafond van de badkamer, veel stof, het bed was heel hard en het ontbijt matig
