Pros:

We liked how responsive the staff was. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent but not many options for picky kids

Knus leuk art hotel
Pros:

Heel mooi knus hotel. Kamers niet groot maar alles aanwezig. Mooie ligging met leuke wandelpaden!

Чудовий готель у самому серці Альп. Дуже затишна атмосфера, красиві інтер’єри в традиційному австрійському стилі та неймовірні краєвиди на гори. Особливо сподобалася простора столова та зона відпочинку з панорамними вікнами. Номер комфортний, чистий і дуже доглянутий. Відчувається турбота про гостей у кожній деталі. Ідеальне місце для відпочинку та знайомства з красою австрійських гір. Із задоволенням повернулися б ще раз

Pros:

Was a very good location in Götzens which is accessible by direct bus. Balcony also provided a very nice view of sunsets and the surrounding mountains. Facilities in the room were more than adequate, and the bed was very comfortable. Also near supermarkets and a gelato shop, and also had a restaurant (Bini's bar) attached to it for meals if needed. Breakfast was also very good here, sufficient variety of cheese, bread, antipasti, as well as fruit, and pastries.

Cons:

I stayed on the top floor (3rd floor) however the lift in the hotel only serviced up to the 2nd. So I had to carry my luggage up the extra flight of steps which had a low ceiling too. May not be the best placement for older travellers. Otherwise, all was good.

Ihanan kodikas ja aito alppitunnelma. Huone oli viihtyisä, sänky erittäin mukava ja iso. Huoneen kylpyamme oli ihana lisä. Hotellissa paljon lautapelejä lapsille. Götzensin kylään on suora ja nopea bussiyhteys Innsbruckin rautatieasemalta. Bussi kulkee keskustan läpi.

Cons:

Aamupala oli muuten hyvä ja monipuolinen, mutta nakit tai pekoni olisi täydentänyt sen.

Wir wurden kostenlos für eine Nacht in die Suite "geupgraded". Die Suite war echt sehr schön und groß. Separates Bad, WC, Flur, Schlafzimmer mit Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Alles sehr sauber und modern. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight. Außergewöhnlich große und leckere Auswahl. Kann man sehr weiterempfehlen. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
