Pros:

Die Lage war gut..
Frühstück war gut.
Es gibt alles was man für ein gutes Frühstück braucht.
Das Preis -Leistungsverähltnis stimmt.

Cons:

Es wurde mit high speed Internet geworben aber der Empfang liegt fast bei 0.
Sind alle wach hat man keine Chance auf Internet Empfang.
Fernsehen ist nicht besser.
Liegt angeblich am Wetter..
Wir hatten außer Schnee fast alle Wetterlagen und so gut wie kein W Lan Empfang .
Es gibt schlimmeres, aber Bitte macht doch keine Werbung für high speed W Lan.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn der Wellnes Bereich den ganzen Tag geöffnet wäre.
Auch das könnte man in der Hotelbeschreibung erwähnen.

It was amazing! Especially staff in the restaurant was just wonderful ❤️something that will have guests returning because it’s no longer common these days, they were helpful, very nice and caring, we felt very special. Thank you

Leider waren Bauarbeiten am Nebengrundstück im Gange. Und Wasser wurde ohne Ankündigung am Abend (ca. 21 Uhr) abgedreht.

Das Personal im Restaurant. .

Cons:

Unser Zimmer wurde von 10 Tagen 3x mal nicht gereinigt bzw. Betten nicht gemacht. Vergilbte Bettwäsche, Dusche fehlte eine Tür. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und hatten sehr kleines Zimmer, obwohl es größere gab, wir zeitig gebucht hatten und mit Abstand am Längsten in den Zeitraum da waren. Qualmbelästigung durch Raucher.

Krásná nová koupelna, pokoj včetně postele super.

Cons:

Chyběla jakákoliv doplňková výbava (vanity set, konvice na čaj, lednička). Ani když je wellness v ceně pobytu není k dispozici ručník a pantofle.

Pros:

Dostali jsme pokoj č. 108 a byla to jedním slovem - nádhera. Opravdu vše zaměřené na detail a pohodlí, až budeme plánovat další pobyt u vás určitě budeme chtít tento pokoj.
Postel je trochu vyšší a né každému může vyhovovat a i mě to trochu vyděsilo při příchodu -ale její pohodlnost a výhled na hory je nádherný.

Pros:

Toplage und ein sehr schöner, zeitlich unlimitierter Wellnessbereich – das ist in Tschechien nicht selbstverständlich und hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind zwar eher klein, aber sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und qualitativ hochwertig.

Cons:

Das Frühstück beginnt erst um 8 Uhr, was unserer Meinung nach etwas spät ist. Dadurch möchten viele Gäste gleichzeitig frühstücken. Besonders für Wanderer und Radfahrer, die früh zu einer Tour starten möchten, wäre eine frühere Frühstückszeit wünschenswert.
Auch die Instandhaltung könnte an manchen Stellen, insbesondere im Wellnessbereich, verbessert werden. Die Reinigung der Fenster und Spiegel im Wellnessbereich könnte ebenfalls etwas sorgfältiger sein.
