Heerlijk hotel!
Pros:

Fantastisch verblijf! Een heerlijke kamer (junior suite) met alles erop en eraan! Erg schoon en fijn personeel....
Verder een uitmuntend ontbijt zoals je het zelden treft!

Onvriendelijk personeel & te duur!
Pros:

Locatie is goed, direct naast blijdorp en een park, wat ideaal was om onze hond uit te laten.

Cons:

Airco is begrenst op 23.5 graden. In de zomer te warm op de kamers. Geen schone kamers. Koelkast is beschimmeld. Veel te duur voor hetgene wat je krijgt.

Personeel is ronduit onvriendelijk en roddelt onderling wat je als klant allemaal meekrijgt.

Pros:

Loved the staff, they were so hard working in the heat wave conditions with no air-conditioning! Sweating, but with a smile and reliable, fast, Respect for the staff 🙏 Also very comfortable room.

Cons:

No air-conditioning in the foyer, bar area or restaurant.

Lovely hotel, would definitely return
Pros:

Great location, easy to find. Plenty of parking, great welcome. Lovely rooms, spacious and comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Lovely garden, service and food. Appreciated 12 noon check out. Beautiful dining area.

Cons:

Air con wasn’t very effective in rooms and couldn’t reduce temperature. Public areas also warm. Yes hot weather but uncomfortable for inside hotel
