Extremely poor communication
Pros:

1. I was given a room that was already occupied. I hope the woman I awoke was apologized to.
2. My group was called and told we were invited to the dinner buffet. When I arrived I was told that I did not have a reservation and I could get a sandwich at the cafe.
3. I booked airport transportation. There was no record of my doing this.
I enjoyed the fitness center. The room was spacious.
Mugs in the room were not clean.

Amazing experience
Pros:

I always have breakfast buffet regularly...I just want to comment about the staff: Ning, Kevin, Ali and Tijo...they are very attentive, pleasant and friendly and they talk well, they know their products and very polite.

I like most people of this hotel Rita was best of all
