I recently stayed at The Loom Hotel in Warwick, RI and had a great experience overall. The hotel has a really unique industrial-chic style with exposed brick, high ceilings, and modern décor that gives it a boutique feel while still being comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. One of the highlights of the stay was the staff, everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location is also very convenient, close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, and only a short drive to Providence. The atmosphere along the river adds a nice touch, and the hotel feels much more stylish and unique than a typical chain hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Warwick or Providence area.
Interesting building, nice view over the river!
Upon arrival I was told its $12 to self park in an unsecured lot across the street. I drove across and there was literally not one spot open in the lot. I had to park in the street. I told the front desk upon my return and what appeared to be a supervisor said "just credit him, I don't want to go back and forth on this". I literally only said ' there are no spots in the lot please remove the charge" to the clerk. I asked what do you mean back and forth? Ok you cant control your lot and somehow that's my problem? She back tracked and said the locals fil up the lot and they would remove the charge. They didn't, I called next day when I received my folio and he said they would correct it. He didn't.
The safe was open and locked when we checked in and the keypad was dead
The outlet on the night stand was physically broken
There was an event going on and at 10pm it moved to the outdoor deck directly below my window with music playing and people literally screaming. I called the front desk and was told there's nothing they could do as they paid for an after party until 1am. 1am!! Why would you put me in a room 15 ft from the outdoor deck if you knew this would go on till 1am? Surely the party goers could have been lodged there and others could be on the opposite side away from the deck.
A terrible place with terrible management. I'll never stay here again and most likely will never stay at a Tapestry collection Hilton again either. They are always a disappointment. They seem to put their most incompetent employees and managers at these properties. They should really offload the Tapestries as they are an embarrassment to the brand
1. There was confusion on our reservation at arrival.
2. No suitcase rack, had to use the desk
3. Terrible closet; clothing bar is in the bottom half. Top half is a 3’ square box, presumably for shoes, etc.
Could not hang a dress or full length pants.
4. No refrigerator in the room.
5. No laundry bag in the room.
6. The Hotel is cashless. Could not break a $20 bill so I could tip the housekeeper.
7. No side chair in the room. I was told they don’t as a standard matter. They did provide one when I insisted.
This hotel was quite find in RI. Had an impromptu trip to a woke convention , and since all the hotels in downtown Providence was either booked or ridiculously expensive, I came upon this one - it was a steal !
The rooms were large, clean and well stocked , very industrial feel with high ceilings and exposed pipes and brick walls. Loved the decor. Comfy bed , and usual noisy hotel
room AC / Heat unit.
There is an area to pull up to with your car, check in and drop bags before heading to the parking lot across the street, The parking lot is shared with some apartments and on a Friday night around 10pm, it was packed , so beware.
i had an amazing salad and lobster roll at the restaurant, The Brook. I recommend trying at least one meal while there. It was cold and late at night so I cannot comment on their patio or river views, but food and service was great.
I would def stay here again if I am in RI
This is a cool hotel in an unexpected location. The river views from our room were stunning, especially at sunset.

Everything was good about the property
I didn’t like that when I was planning to check out there were various inaccuracies in what I was about to be billed. If I had checked out without analysing the folio carefully, I could have ended up paying up to $700 more than I actually owed for the 9 might stay. I was told by the Assistant Manager on the day before checkout that the extra $500 that was showing up at that time was down to “glitches.” On the day of checkout another $200 or so of billed “glitches” appeared on my bill. Considering I gave the hotel over $2000 for a nine night stay, I feel that being potentially overcharged due to “glitches” is completely unacceptable. ( I do feel that many people would not have checked their final bill and this hotel may be regularly overcharging people. Some of these billing errors may be caused by the apparent disconnect between my Booking.com room rate that included breakfast, and what the restaurant were actually charging me.
We had a king room with a river view. The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. TV options worked for us, though we're not big TV people. The river view, even in the drab end of the New England winter, was lovely and in my opinion worth the upcharge. The only thing missing was an extra chair. The only place to sit other than the bed was the desk chair. The stall shower had minimal but adequate pressure on the 4th floor. The water was nice and hot. Plenty of fresh linens.
The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious! There are dining options nearby, but we didn't have a lot of time in the agenda for dawdling and decisions. Both dinner and breakfast were very good. The menu was limited (only a few entrees available for dinner). But you couldn't have gone wrong with any of them. Vegetarian options were available. They were gluten-free accommodating as well. GF modifications for dinner and GF toast available for breakfast.
The king room needed additional seating somewhere other than the bed. One of the chairs in the lobby would have worked great, There are definitely space issues. But I think if you downsize the desk, you could even get 2 chairs or a small loveseat in there.
Location was great and the room was immaculate.
Parking fee
Loved the industrial vibe.
Had to pay for parking and there were no spots!
