Pros:

The uniqueness of the rooms. comfortable bed, they brought a fridge when I requested one, river view, large table in lobby to do work at.

Cons:

Hidden parking fee/surprise bill - I had no idea I would be charged $12/ day extra! I also didn't know I would be asked to fork over $300 on my credit card as a hold! This also came as a big surprise. Not everyone can afford that or go over cc limit. Then what? First front desk person I encountered wasn't very friendly. I so wished they're was a bath tub in the room.

The stay was mostly pleasant!
Pros:

Good location and great view of the river 🥰

Cons:

No coffee in the morning, the coffee unit in the room was hard to work.. and the coffee is strong. Went to D&D every morning.

Decent room for the night. Room needed maintenance.
Cons:

The door to the bathroom was extremely difficult to move. Also, the room, while clean, had a lot of wear and need minor maintenance in places.

Also, we never got the WiFi to work.

Nice hotel, comfortable shower and bed, enjoyed my stay. Would come back and stay when I need to:)
Pros:

This place is unique, it use to be some kind of factory. When you walk in lobby smells like cologne or something. I love the shower and bed. A hotel where i actually slept most of the night, very comfortable.

Cons:

One of the Front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming the rest was fine.

Very poor attitude from hotel reception. Expected much better from the Hilton brand.
Pros:

Location was walking distance to many local eateries, and a big shopping mall.

Cons:

The hotel receptionist was very brusque and dismissive when I reported that our WiFi wasn't working, and didn't work for the duration of our stay.
It was implied that it was my fault until another guest reported the same issue. Even then the fault wasn't fixed.
Was annoyed to find out on checking out that we should have been offered premium WiFi as an alternative.

Bedding and pillows were great.
Pros:

Innovative use of property.

Cons:

We waited to be seated at restaurant and decided to leave. A customer even told a member of the staff that someone was waiting to be seated.
Parking should be included in the price of the room.

Nice location near plenty of stores. Staff was welcoming. I loved the industrial layout and decor. The bed was comfortable and the room was pristine.

Pros:

It was lovely. Staff were really friendly. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Good location. There’s also parking across the street.

We had a wonderful time and would recommend the hotel to several of our friends and family members.
Pros:

In the end, everything was great: bed, room and restaurant!

Cons:

We did not like the receptionist who checked us in (generally bad attitude), everyone else (house keeping, bellman, reception and restaurant) was super nice and helpful the entire time we were there (7 nights).
We did not like that there was not a refrigerator in our room when we first got there, but we received one shortly after we had unpacked.
