We felt alive.
Pros:

We loved everything about the property. Being in the trees, we felt spread out and private, the views from the room, the staff was exceptional, it was a very special stay for us. The room felt clean and spacious, we loved the outdoor shower, breakfast was good, loved the coconut water every day and mostly as with everything in Costa Rica, I loved being outdoors for all the meals and activities. The hot springs are also amazing.

Experiencia no natureza com muito conforto

Pessoas, além de todo o conforto do hotel em todos os sentidos. Fui comemorar meu aniversário com minha família e foi incrível o lugar, os quartos sem nenhum vestígio de possíveis bichos(estávamos no meio da selva), muito conforto, piscina aquecida na varanda do quarto. Além das piscinas aquecidas naturalmente no meio da mata. Café da manhã muito bom. Deslocamento pelo complexo do hotel com os carrinhos de golfe, ioga maravilhosa em meio ao canto dos pássaros, academia perfeita. Tudo incrível. Ah, meu quarto tinha vista para o vulcão Arenal.

Beautiful, fabulous spot with the friendliest staff anywhere. Highly recommend!
Pros:

Absolutely everything! The resort is gorgeous, in a magnificent setting in the middle of the rainforest. There are actually 3 separate parts to Nayara (gardens, springs which is adult-only, and tented camp) but you can use any of the facilities at will. Great bars and restaurants at each location. Breakfast is fantastic - fresh fruit (BEST mango you will ever have), breads/pastries, fresh juices, fresh coconut juice daily and a hot station where you can order any type of egg dish (or potatoes, meats, etc) you want. But by far, the friendliest and nicest staff ANYWHERE! They will go out of their way and make a point of saying how important our satisfaction is to them. And it's truly genuine. Ticos (people from Costa Rica) are the nicest people.

Cons:

Checkout was a bit troublesome. We/our bags were supposed to be picked up at 6:20 but no one showed. We walked down to get breakfast to-go and had to ask again for someone to pick our bags up, which finally showed up 20mn late. But that's the only thing.

We loved the room, the resort, and the staff. Everyone was so nice. The restaurants are excellent. The grounds are beautiful. Best room ever!

Exceptional- one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at
Pros:

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Would love to have stayed for longer. Facilities are amazing, we had a morning yoga session which was truly an experience! Breakfast and dinner were yummy and staff was so friendly and professional.

La perfection
Pros:

Un des meilleurs établissements dans lequel nous avons eu la chance d’aller de tout les pays. Tout est super la chambre, la salle de bain, le ménage parfait,la piscine chauffée, le personnel, attentionné, la moindre demande est exécuté sans délai. La nourriture est exceptionnelle et l’environnement est magnifique.
