Hôtel à la décoration particulière, location idéale et bon petit-déjeuner
Pros:

La localisation est vraiment au top. Nous avons apprécié le petit-déjeuner, il y avait des choix végétaliens que nous n'avons pas goûtés mais tout de même l'offre est là, un yogourt de qualité exceptionnelle et plusieurs choses différentes. Notre chambre avait une belle grandeur et confortable. Nous avons grandement apprécié le parking sécurisé de l'hôtel . ATTENTION demandez votre plan d'accès au moins 24 h d'avance afin de l'étudier, vous entrerez dans une zone piétonne. J'ai loupé une information et nous nous sommes retrouvés en face de la cathédrale et cela a causé un détour de 15 minutes supplémentaires et une situation gênante. À la réception de l'hôtel, notre plaque devient valide pour la zone piétonne. À notre arrivée, on nous remet deux coupons de réduction de 50% pour le vin, bière et breuvages non-alcoolisés. Nous avons aimé la déco industrielle avec un mais qui est expliqué plus bas.

Cons:

Prix élevés des cocktails ainsi que des très petits sacs de chips à 4 euros !!!! Nous avons refusé la première chambre qui nous a été proposée pour deux raisons: face à une terrasse où se doutait qu'il y aurait du bruit (l'hôtel attire une clientèle jeune et est situé dans un milieu universitaire) et la clim était très bruyante. On nous a offert une chambre qui donnait vers l'arrière. Malgré tout, la clim faisait un bruit d'enfer, Heureusement, nous avons le sommeil facile. Le concept de l'hôtel est de briser les conventions, d'aller vers des zones non explorées. La décoration était à notre goût, mais au delà du concept, il faudrait se garder une petite gêne. Dans la salle à manger, il y avait plusieurs fauteuils déchirés où on pouvait voir le rembourrage. Ici c'est une question d'hygiène, les miettes de pain, de croissants et autres peuvent entrer et ça ne laisse ps une bonne impression.

Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Leuk hotel in het centrum van Leuven, klein kwartiertje lopen naar het treinstation. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Snel en makkelijk contact. Eigen parkeergarage (wel betaald) en je hoeft pas om 12.00 uur uit te checken.

Cons:

Helaas uitzicht op een muur en het dak met airco en schotelantenne. Maar dat vonden wij niet erg.
