First I did not like the fact that I had to ask to clean the room. I did ask for it by chat the day before arrival. I shared four nights. After the first night: no cleaning, asked reception to do it next day -- After second night: no cleaning done - asked again - After second night: no cleaning done - had to ask for at least clean towel at the reception which I got.
First night I found stains with brown residue in 2 places around the bed. Asked for another room The other room had disgusting stains on the carpet near the door. Hallways had dirty carpet as well,
Overall impressions: this is not a clean hotel

De ligging en het comfort

Cons:

Voor we het centrum in gingen mochten we de drankjes op de kamer zetten, later toen we terug kwamen was het een probleem en kon het niet meer. Misschien een betere communicatie onder het personeel zou wenselijk zijn.

Pros:

Great hotel ! We went there for Rockwerter. Hotel is modern, rooms are big, comfortable and very clean.Bar and lounge at reception is open 24h, super personell at reception ! We felt welcomed :) Location is great, many restaurants, terrace and bars around, shops. It was 20 walking minutes from the rail station. Next year we’ll come again. Five stars from us :)

Pros:
