Cons:

Dat we niet te horen kregen bij het inchecken dat bij de dag van vertrek Leuven werd dicht gezet ivm wedstrijd. Dat lazen we last minute in de lift. Eindstand Leuven centrum al voor 9 uur verlaten.

Centraal gelegen. Kamers uitgevende op de Tiensestraat zijn dramatisch slecht geluidsgeïsoleerd.
Pros:

Ik gebruik Pentahotel af en toe omwille van de zeer centrale ligging ten aanzien van college De Valk.
Check-in en vriendelijkheid van het personeel waren steeds prima.

Cons:

Mijn hotelkamer gaf deze keer uit op de Tiensestraat en was ontzettend slecht geluidsgeïsoleerd. De hele nacht lang werd er getierd en geroepen en was alles zéér goed hoorbaar in de kamer. Dat is geen nieuw probleem en het is oplosbaar. Het gaat niet op dat je mensen bijna 200 euro voor een hotelkamer vraagt waar slapen onmogelijk is door de extreme geluidshinder.

Otel koridorlarındaki halılar cok kirli, odanıza giderken hayal kırıklığı yaşıyorsunuz.otelde konaklayanlardan sanırım gece gürültü çok fazla.Rahatsızlığımı ilettim ve odamı değiştirdiler.
