I will need to find another go to hotel; either further get aways.
Pros:

Staff very friendly.

Cons:

The hotel looked very wormed. Examples:the soap dispenser fell off the wall into the bath tub, while I was there; elevator looked very worn & messy. Very disappointed at Hampton Inn & Suites; the last several look very worn that I have stayed at.

Opry Stay for Couple
Pros:

Check in at the front desk was quick. Ash was great. Hotel room was clean, new, perfect for our 2 night stay. We were in town for the Ole Opry show. We only were in the room at night to sleep. Had breakfast one morning and thought it was good. Waffles are always good!

Refreshed hotel under great management
Pros:

Nicely updated hotel. Great suites and lobby. Housekeeping excellent service and details. Highly recommend for any activity near the Opry.

Doesn't honor diamond staus
Pros:

Not a great customer service experience. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and as a diamond member and would not give us a late checkout? Finally gave us 1 hr late for only 1 room. Poor attitude from staff. Will jot be back.
