Wish the maid did not steal our jackets
Cons:

Forgot newly purchased jackets in the room called hotel the next day after checkout to ask if the maid found our jackets she denied seeing any jackets in the room. We are positive the jackets were in the room. So sad up to this stay we really enjoyed staying at this Hotel

Unsafe and Unclean.
Pros:

Staff was prompt when offering refunds that they could and for cancelling our second night. No refund was offered or provided for the horrible experience we had staying there.

Cons:

Prostitutes coming in and out of rooms, Meth being smoked in common areas. DEAD BUGS IN BEDSPREADS. HUMAN HAIR IN SHEETS WHEN WE ASKED FOR NEW BEDDING. Room was not clean with a layer of dirt over everything. Price was $250 a NIGHT!!! Insane price to pay for . Actually ruined a full day of our vacation trying to find new accommodations.

The room was so dirty, the sheets were stained, like if they didn’t bother to clean at all! The floor had not been moped! There were hookers running from room to room and I was with my 2 babies

Best budget friendly place
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Days Inn Chula Vista. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making my trip easy and enjoyable.

What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. Prince and Sam went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They were friendly, professional, and always greeted me with a smile. Their willingness to help and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.

I truly appreciate their outstanding hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the excellent service provided by Prince and Sam!

Do NOT stay here. The clientele are super sketchy. There's a lot of police activity in the area. It's loud, run down, and unsafe. Avoid it.
