Good location but very expensive for an average hotel.
Pros:

Good location, ideal for the city and Murrayfield, Staff were helpful. Nice touch to put on food in the bar after the concert.

Cons:

Booked room request was not fulfilled and the pre arrival debit card authorisation was ineffective I appreciate that it was during the Edinburgh Festival but it was very expensive for a twin room with no view and no breakfast. Post concert food was average.

A proximidade do aeroporto era exatamente o pretendido com a escolha deste hotel. Os serviços eram adequados e o pequeno-almoço superou as expectativas.

Cons:

De acordo com o que foi descrito do estabelecimento, não identifico aspetos menos positivos a ter em consideração. Apenas a falta de informação de que o meu filho de 11 anos não teria que pagar o pequeno-almoço no ato do pagamento, mas este aspeto foi ratificado no dia seguinte.

We had a great time and would love to come back
Pros:

The hotel is situated between the airport with the adjacent event site Royal Highland Grounds and the city center (old and new town). The Zoo is right next to the hotel, as is a bus stop to get around easily. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet at night. Staff was kind. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely
Pros:

Location was great with lots of bus options to reach the city and indoor pool. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms are quite small and the fan in the bathroom was very noisy. There was some sort of extractor fan outside our room window as well so we could also hear that when we opened the window; not great for light sleepers but they do give you ear plugs.

Good location enjoyed our visit. Would definitely return.
Pros:

Parking, handy bus to city centre. Breakfast - great selection of food and drinks. Dining room had a nice view towards the Pentlands. Bedroom was on the second floor at the back so very quiet. All staff extremely helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom extractor fan not working but reported it. Inside bathroom door showed obvious water damage perhaps due to condensation.
