- International - Exit Door 8 and follow signage to 'Off-site Shuttle Transfers'. Wait in pickup lane 5 or 6 for our hotel shuttle.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and staff were very welcoming. Shower pressure was great and beds were comfy. Perfect place for us to be well rested after an international flight.

There was only one shuttle working that night which caused a bit of a backlog but we were advised this was down to sickness so completely understandable.

Pros:

We have stayed here several times, it’s very good, excellent restaurant and very good having shuttle to and from the Airport. Will be staying here each time we stay or pass through Auckland

Convenient stopover pre and post international flights.
Pros:

The free shuttle service to and from the airport and long term parking. Check in is easy. All staff at the hotel are welcoming and pleasant especially the early morning shuttle driver. He's so passionate about his job and chats to everyone. I also love the bathtub a good soak after a workout in the hotel gym. It is our choice of hotel to stay overnight pre overseas travel and post.

Cons:

I wouldn't use the pool or spa pool as you have to trek through the main entrance.

Pros:

Booking process and friendliness of staff

Cons:

Open shower left a very wet bathroom. Can understand asian customers use bathrooms differently but NZ customers wouls prefer closed in showers

Great for a one night stay close to the airport

Fabulous stay at Heartland Hotel
Pros:

The whole experience at Heartland was fabulous. Very clean and tidy premises, very helpful and friendly staff, lovely breakfast and very comfortable room. Very close to Auckland Airport and a complimentary shuttle.
Once we settled in we went to the bar for drinks and bar food and watched the Warriors game on the big TV. Fantastic 👍👍👍
