The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and runs on demand only.
Guests who require a pick up from the airport should phone 0800 404 204.
Pickup locations:
- Domestic - Door 7 (Jetstar end of the terminal)
- International - Exit Door 8 and follow signage to 'Off-site Shuttle Transfers'. Wait in pickup lane 5 or 6 for our hotel shuttle.

The price
Great free pickup and dropoff shuttle to airport. Made a good overnight stay prior to flight in the morning.

Close to airport, complimentary shuttle , clean , spacious room. Comfy and great customer service . Arrived at 2.30am and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Noise from freeway
Close to airport and what we like the most is the shuttle service that runs 24/7 to and from the airport this is the main reason we stay. Also drivers are wonderful.

Staff friendly and helpful, room was very spacious, bed very comfortable.Room service was very good.
The TV wasn't working for Netflix someone came but didn't do anything that we hadn't already done ourselves.
