The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and runs on demand only.
Guests who require a pick up from the airport should phone 0800 404 204.
Pickup locations:
- Domestic - Door 7 (Jetstar end of the terminal)
- International - Exit Door 8 and follow signage to 'Off-site Shuttle Transfers'. Wait in pickup lane 5 or 6 for our hotel shuttle.

Staff were great so was the room especially for price
Heartland Hotel is our go too hotel when we over night to &from airport travel. Great pick up &drop of service which we very much appreciate. The bar & dining service very good. comfortable beds. Great service. Highly recommend.

The facilities are fine for an airport hotel. The staff were helpful.
But we were kept up all night by work being done in the next door business. The forkhoist was beeping all night. Drove us nuts.
