Pros:

We needed somewhere to stay as we had a 12 hr flight delay. Perfect room. Kids liked restaurant food. They also loved the pool and spa. Easy to arrange free shuttle to airport.

Quiet and comfortable stay with good food!
Pros:

Really comfortable beds, really quiet and slept well before our early flight. Good selection of tea and coffee. We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed the food. The restaurant staff were really friendly too. Loved that there was a free shuttle bus to the airport!

Cons:

The aircon was a little noisy so we ended up turning it off

Cons:

The auto reply about the location of shuttle service. It should mentioned that its an offsite parking. Even the airport staff cannot clearly understand the instruction. It should be review.
