Hotel ist schon etwas „abgewohnt“ . Renovierungen scheinen nur oberflächlich gemacht zu werden.

Bien placé par rapport à Venice Beach et à l’aéroport, lit confortable, personnel serviable

Cons:

établissement vétuste, la moquette de la chambre était très abîmée et il y avait de grosses poubelles sans couvercle dans le couloir qui dessert les chambres
Nous avons demandé à laisser nos bagages au Lobby pendant quelques heures et il nous a été demandé 1 dollar par bagage, cela nous a vraiment choqués. De plus lorsque nous sommes revenus pour récupérer nos bagages et attendre le taxi pour l’aéroport, oh surprise il n y a pas de toilettes accessibles dans le lobby uniquement dans les chambres
Pour nous le prix des chambres est trop élevé au vu de tous ces détails

A great base in the L.A. area to explore the Venice Beach area etc.
Pros:

The location is great, close to the beach and an easy walk to numerous restaurants, etc.

Cons:

Not necessarily a complaint, but the room is a bit dated, particularly the carpet.

Pros:

Views, and proximity to Mother's beach were great. Balconies etc sunny to 3 or 4pm (may). Great location with plenty of available Ubers etc.

Cons:

No breakfast, and shop next door has closed without nearby alternative. Check out 11.00pm and check in 4.00pm were fairly inflexible

Pros:

Whilst the rooms are a little basic, but clean, the locations is superb. bars walkable, or Uber is well available/ Cheesecake factory bar/restaurant next door has everything, but not as cheap as Venice.
was our 3rd/3th visit to same hotel.
Only shame was off license/shop next door is now closed, so a way to get extras

Cons:

No safe, no cleaning unless you ask, but neither were a problem

Pros:

Top Lage, sauber, freundliches Personal, Zimmer großzügig.

Cons:

Kein Frühstück, auch nicht gegen Aufpreis, im Zimmer kein Kaffee, kein Tee, kein Wasser.

Exactly what I needed but not for everyone
Pros:

Location adjacent to Marina, walks, view from balcony, low price, nice staff and free parking - perfect for me. Great coffee shop 6 minute walk away.

Cons:

In 3 nights no one cleaned the room
but it was ok. Fridge & microwave malfunctions but I managed.
Public beach outside had noisy machinery cleaning early and 2 homeless people were camping on the beach which was both sad and a little scary.

Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait à deux pas de Venice beach, la petite plage et la marina devant l’hôtel donne un vrai côté vacances.
Le personnel est sympa et les boissons chaudes gratuite sont un plus agréable.

Cons:

Un peu vétuste, vieille moquette qui sent encore la clope …. Et la robinetterie n’aurait pas fait 1 semaine de plus ! Mais sinon tout était fonctionnel

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel au sein de la marina et surtout directement sur la plage, la vue est magnifique quel plaisir de se réveiller avec cette vue et ce calme.
Le fait que le parking soit gratuit (ce qui est rare à LA et notamment dans cette zone).

Lit confortable, chambre de bonne taille, bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

La salle de bain qui mériterait une modernisation.
Mais si je devais revenir séjourner à LA je reviendrais très clairement dans cet établissement !

C'est mieux que rien mais faites attention au prix indiqué avant de procéder au paiement.
Pros:

La literie, l'emplacement près de Venice et Santa Monica

Cons:

Vue très moche sur le parking, pas de petit déjeuner, rapport qualité / prix décevant. Et surtout, le prix indiqué AVANT paiement n'est pas le même que celui qu'on découvre avec stupéfaction et colère APRES paiement, car une ''autre '' taxe est venue gonfler la facture de 23,88 $. Le client a donc le sentiment de s'être fait plumer sans son consentement. Booking devrait être clair là-dessus.

Location, view of the beach and the marina.

Cons:

Staff had no change so we couldn’t leave a tip for the housekeeper. Terrible coffee. Too bad the little store next door closed. That had been very helpful during previous stays.
