Outstanding location and excellent service! The only drawback is the parking entrance, which is extremely tight for larger vehicles. There are noticeable scuffs on the walls and payment machine from previous cars, so you have to be extra careful when pulling in.

Katastrophe, Geldverschwendung aber auch Nervig so dass wollte ich schnellstmöglich die Bude verlassen.
Cons:

Personal so aggressiv und interesselos habe ich nie erfahren! Vor allem habe ich ein Zimmer mit King size Bett und Betten für zwei 6 jährige Kinder gebucht, habe aber ein Zimmer nur mit einem Bett bekommen, der Supervisor sagte aber „ wenn Sie möchten können Sie gerne zu vier auf einen Bett schlafen!“. Ansonsten kostet ein extra Bett für Kind 25€ pro Nacht!!!! Bei der Buchung wurde mir aber was anders gesagt und geschrieben, anscheinend 3 Tage späte haben sie eine Email geschrieben dass im Zimmer liegt nur ein Bett!!!! Was soll das?! Normalerweise beim Einkauf, sollte die Wahrheit kommuniziert werden, nicht dass erst verkaufen und 3 Tage später die Mängelliste kommt! Und der Supervisor sagt einfach, es ist wie sie ist: Sie können gerne Polizei anrufen 🤦‍♂️
Und wir mach 600 km fahren stehen da mit zwei kleinen Kindern im Lobby und einfach Ahnungslos wie dumm kann man sein!!!! Direkt im ersten Tag vom Urlaub!!!

J’aime cet endroit parce qu’il est très confortable. L’oreiller, le lit et le linge de lit sont très propres et très confortables. Ton chaleureux et positif, mettant en avant le confort et la propreté de manière simple et sincère.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié le manque de professionnalisme du personnel. Et surtout, le fait que l’hôtel ait prélevé 200 euros sur mon compte sans aucune explication. C’est inacceptable. J’ai des preuves et je vais déposer plainte à la police.
