Overall a comfortable 4-star hotel – but beware the neighborhood (nightlife).
Pros:

Rooms were pretty much as expected – a quite comfortable bed, and a good bathroom/shower. A big plus is a parking garage at the facility – if you're traveling by car, – albeit at a pretty high daily rate.

Cons:

The neighborhood is not benign – in fact, the hotel is almost surrounded by nightlife venues. Not a big problem, though – if you know what you are getting (we didn't). Otherwise, relatively safe, just like most German cities. Another big downer: the carpets in the rooms and hallways are quite old and not well maintained – a lot of stains, look quite dirty. Need a replacement.

A very good experience at this hotel. It’s worth staying here.
Pros:

The hotel is very good overall. The rooms are comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room is excellent, which was especially necessary given the weather in Germany this summer. The staff is very friendly, especially the Portuguese employee, who was very empathetic and cordial throughout my stay (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name!). The breakfast was spectacular.

Cons:

The bathroom is comfortable, but a little small: the entrance door and the shower door touched each other. The location is good, about 200 metres from the main central area, which is very convenient. However, you should bear in mind that you need to turn right to get there in a pleasant and safer way. If you turn left, the neighbourhood is very picturesque, but somewhat more run-down.

Das Hotel verdiente eine bessere Lage zur Innenstadt
Pros:

Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und sauber mit ruhiger Lage in den Hellen Innenhof; jedoch Teppichboden und Wanne anstatt Dusche; TV älteres Baujahr

Ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο!
Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο! Μεγάλο, φωτεινό και καθαρό. Είχε γραφειο, πολυθρόνα, χωρο για τις βαλιτσες, ντουλάπα, σιδερώστρα. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολυ αναπαυτικό. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ιδανική.

Cons:

Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να ειναι πιο πλούσιο.

Albergo pulito in buona posizione in centro raggiungibile a piedi quasi tutto. Struttura grande ,bella la camera e anche la sauna e la palestra

Cons:

La via dove si affaccia l'albergo non e' molto raccomandabile ma la cosa che mi e' spiaciuta fi piu' e' che noi abbiamo prenotato una camera per due adulti e due bambini ma arrivati li la camera presentava solo un letto matrimoniali . Alla nostea domanda ci hanno risposto che la camera prevedeva solo un letto matrimonialece che dovevamo aggiungerne un altro paganfo in aggiunta a 30 eur a notte. Non mi sembra corretto e non mi e' mai successo da nessuna altra parte.

L'hotel e' 4 stelle e le merita tutte.. la posizione e' perfetta vicinissima alla bella zona pedonale.. Albergo pulito e dallw ottime e moderne finiture

Niente a parte il fatto che ho dovuto fare un upgrade della camera per avere anche due letti per i nostri ragazzi di 6 e 12 anni.. infatti la camera attenzione perche' la camera prenotata con Booking prevedeva che ol mio ragazzo di 6 anni dormisse in letto matrimoniale con noi. Comunque problema risolto pagando 20 30 euro di sovrapprezzo..

Pros:

Ottima struttura a pochi minuti dal centro. Camera non grandissima ma comoda per 4 persone.Bagno spazioso e confortevole.

Cons:

La pulizia sotto i letti. A mio figlio è caduto il ciuccio e nel cercarlo ho notato che c’erano batuffoli di polvere.
