Room was fine (only there a night), but dirty towels, unknown carpet stain, and slow room service.

Cons:

Stains on multiple towels, stain on the floor, TV quality was terrible (bad service/reception), room service delivery took 45 minutes for a bottle of wine, no shower divider from rest of bathroom.
