Le petit dej est particulièrement trop cher et trop pauvre avec 20 € par personne.
Mes enfants ont aimé le yaourt en pot en verre. Il a été supprimé cette année.

De kostprijs is niet meer evenredig met de service en de accomodatie.
Pros:

Bij het onthaal was het personeel zeer vriendelijk.
De kamer zelf en de andere publieke accomodaties zijn net en werden enkele jaren geleden opgefrist.
De ligging van het hotel, vlakbij strand, bars, restaurants en shopping centrum is uniek.

Cons:

De badkamer (kamer 222) was vrij verouderd en de betegeling was mat en vies. Alsof er een bijtend product van de muur was gedropen. Na1 keer douchen stond de ganse badkamer onder water wegens een verstopping.
Toen we dat gingen melden, stond een ander koppel voor ons met dezelfde klacht.
Bij het ontbijt werkt er een zeer onvriendelijk personeelslid (dame met vlecht en bril). Ook de poetsdame op de kamer(Afrikaanse afkomst) was nors en bruut. Ikzelf heb een appartement rechtover het hotel. Al jaren,telkens wanneer ik bezoek heb uit Belgie, laat ik mijn familie bij jullie verblijven.
Je verwacht dat je als klant van het hotel toch gratis kan gaan zonnen op de strandbar van het hotel , maar dit kost 20 € per persoon per dag.
Als IHG member was ik, zoals altijd, op voorhand ter plaatse in het hotel langs gegaan om de reservatie te maken. Tot mijn verbazing was die rate 300 € hoger dan bij Booking.com, waar ik dan uiteindelijk geboekt heb.
Wat ook een afknapper is, zijn de ratten die voor het hotel op de straat met massa's verschijnen. Ik weet dat dat een probleem is van de gemeente en de locatie van de afvalcontainers maar mijn kleinzoon van 4 jaar was super bang om buiten te gaan.
