Pros:

I like the the room and view of pool also design of the hotel

Cons:

The floor wasn’t clean at all and the air conditioning wasn’t working that’s making uncomfortable also my whole body was covered in a rash, and I felt really itchy everywhere because of the stinging nettle

Pros:

Szép medence, recepció és közöségi tér is szép. A reggeli választékos. A szobánk elég nagy volt.

A klíma nem működött, így a szoba baromi meleg volt.

Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à Essaouira.
L'établissement est propre, joli et très agréable, avec une superbe piscine où il fait bon se détendre.
Je tiens surtout à remercier le personnel pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son sens du service. Toute l'équipe a été attentionnée et a fait le maximum pour rendre mon séjour le plus agréable possible, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
Merci encore pour votre accueil et votre bienveillance, je garderai un très bon souvenir de ce séjour

Un hôtel qui a malheureusement perdu en qualité.

L'équipe de l'hôtel est très gentille et accueillante.

Cons:

Malheureusement, la propreté et l’hygiène ne sont pas au rendez-vous. L’hôtel a besoin d’une rénovation urgente et d’un renforcement du personnel. Lors de mon séjour en 2023, tout était très bien, mais en 2026, j’ai été très déçu par la dégradation des lieux. Une rénovation est nécessaire dans les plus brefs délais.

Globalement mon séjour était agréable
Pros:

Chambre très propre et lit confortable, personnel très sympathique et serviable

Cons:

Absence de climatisation, Connection wifi très mauvaise au niveau des chambres, piscine pas toujours propre, petit déjeuner médiocre pendant les premiers jours de mon séjour à l'hôtel

Un hôtel digne d'un F1 en France, mais avec piscine et en bien plus cher.
Pros:

La piscine et l'extérieur sont le gros point positif.

Cons:

Ménage des chambres quasi inexistant.
Le buffet est ridicule, pas de choix, et vraiment tres mauvais en goût. En plus de ca il est plus cher que n'importe quel menu dans un restaurant.
La clim souffle chaud, il fait une chaleur horrible dans les chambres.
La chasse d'eau des toilettes est cassé, elle marche une fois sur 3, le pommeau de douche egalement, il fuit de partout.
Le personnel se cache constamment pour ne pas avoir a nous parler.
Si vous voulez boire un verre, les sodas ou eau gazeuse, il n'y en a "plus", donc si vous ne buvez pas d'alcool, il propose de l'eau plate.

hôtel agréable et calme
Pros:

Ancien hôtel Ibis donc pas très typique du Maroc mais hôtel agréable avec grande piscine, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner avec choix sucrée et salée selon votre goût petit salon pour se reposer ou boire un coup, des restaurants a proximité sans aller jusque la Médina, la plage a 15mn

Un peux loin de la médina 40mn a pied ou 8mn en taxi

Pros:

The property was clean. The food in restaurant was great. The restaurant staff are friendly.
I ordered seafood pasta and because of the smell couldn’t eat. The staff was extremely kind and he told us he would pack us a different food next day for our travel when we check out. Next day he gave burgers to go :)

Cons:

The staff gave us a key to another persons room to Checkin. We were shocked when we unlocked the door. After this incident , we were Not sure about the safety.

Pros:

La piscina y que tras pedirla nos dieron una habitación con terraza.

Cons:

El desayuno, había vasos de cartón, escaso y muy poco apetecible para el precio. El mantenimiento en general del hotel.
