Nous avons décidé de changé d hébergement et avons été remboursé.

Cons:

C est la première fois que nous décidons de quitter un hôtel avant la fin de notre séjour.
Tout d'abord pas de clim, elle était en panne depuis plusieurs mois, nous n avons pas été prévenus....bref ça peut arriver....Ensuite à la piscine 15 transats pour tout l hôtel....là ça se complique. Et le pire c'est le petit déjeuner : tables sales, non débarrassées, nourriture de très très maigre qualité, pas de fruits frais etc......

Parking de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La chambre est correcte. Il manquait tout de même les serviettes pour visage et la SDB n'était pas très propre (odeur d'urine fortement présente et le lavabo était bouché). 

Il n'y avait pas d'attention particulière comme des bouteilles d'eau (dommage pour un accueil en plein mois d'août). 

La clim ne fonctionnait pas. C'est dire le manque de vigilance apporté au confort de la clientèle.

Le personnel masculin à l'accueil n'est pas très aimable. On a l'impression d'avoir bénéficié d'une chambre gratuite. 

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible. On est dans le minimum syndical. 

Le parking n'est pas sécurisé réellement (la barrière automatique est constamment levée). Ne laisser pas trainer des objets de valeur puisque la responsabilité de l'hôtel ne sera pas engagée apparemment.
