Categories

Cleanliness
4.5
Multiple reviews mention poor cleanliness: rooms and common areas described as dirty, urine odour in bathroom, dirty/insufficient towels and clogged sinks.
Service
9.4
Service is frequently praised (attentive staff, easy check-in/out, helpful personnel at times). A few reports note an unfriendly male receptionist, but overall staff responsiveness is highlighted in several reviews.
Location
8.6
Location is often described positively (close to the medina, well placed, calm). A minority mention it being a bit far from the city center.
Room Quality
5.5
Rooms reported as small with recurring issues: many mentions of non-functioning air conditioning, broken shower head, missing or insufficient towels, and occasional maintenance problems.
Amenities
8
Pool, bar and parking are frequently praised and seen as strong points. However, several reviews note missing in-room amenities (no minibar/fridge, no hair dryer) and some concerns about pool water maintenance and AC reliability.
Value for Money
8
Several guests report a good quality-to-price ratio for a 3-star property, while others feel the price is high given the service/comfort shortcomings; overall leaning positive.
Food and Beverage
4.8
Breakfast is repeatedly criticized: very limited selection, low quality, no fresh fruit, sachet orange juice and minimal cold cuts; overall poor breakfast experience for many guests.
Overall Experience
8.8
Mixed but generally positive for many guests: calm atmosphere, good pool and location praised, and often helpful staff. Notable negatives (cleanliness, AC, breakfast) affect some stays but do not represent every guest experience.

Pros:
