Please note that for August bookings, a full prepayment for stays of 3 nights or less and a deposit of 50% of the total amount for stays longer than 3 nights is required to secure the booking.

Reservations without deposit are only guaranteed until 13:00.

Guests booking on Non-Refundable Rates should inform Hotel Avenida Praia of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.

Please note that the hotel is located in the middle of a very busy street, filled with bars and clubs.

Please note that to unload luggage, the hotel can be reached by Rua do Miradouro street, then go straight ahead to Avenida Tomás Cabreira. It is a no entry road, except for loading and unloading.

Please note that for reservations of more than 9 rooms a prepayment of 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining value will be charged at check-in. The 50% prepayment won't be refunded for cancelations after 30 days prior to check-in date.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

pedi um quarto com 1 cama. Puzeram me num quarto com 2 camas individuais, super inconfortavel. Às 7h da manha gente a por musica a altos berros , ninguem diz nada. Um bocado de anarquia no hotel.

Pleasantly surprised, good location for the price
Pros:

Excellent location for us. Pleasantly surprised for the price we paid. Originally intended to stay only 2 nights but stayed the whole week we were there. Staff were outstanding. Cheap n cheerful place. Clean except under the beds. Not too noisy considering right on the strip. Will definitely return and will request the same room!

Cons:

Requested for a double bed, we got to single's pushed together so we ended up sleeping separately or we fell in the gap of the 2 beds.
