Please note that the hotel is located in the middle of a very busy street, filled with bars and clubs.

Please note that to unload luggage, the hotel can be reached by Rua do Miradouro street, then go straight ahead to Avenida Tomás Cabreira. It is a no entry road, except for loading and unloading.

Please note that for reservations of more than 9 rooms a prepayment of 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining value will be charged at check-in. The 50% prepayment won't be refunded for cancelations after 30 days prior to check-in date.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

too loud to sleep
Pros:

the staff was lovely, I was able to check in early, and also leave my bags with the staff. the room was nice and clean, there was wifi, and the location is convenient

Cons:

it was so loud :( I couldn't sleep until past 5am when the bars shut down and people cleared off the streets. there was no sound proofing at all so I could hear everything outside and the bar music was blasting so loud until 4, then people were screaming outside until 5. thats all great for them but there was no sound proofing in the room so you could hear everything outside so loud. I was in room 104 I believe, so maybe better if on a higher floor and room facing a different side, though my room wasn't even facing the boardwalk/bar, it was on the side and I still heard everything.
