The sea view, however that is the only redeeming feature.
The hotel is dated, old, the toilet broke 6 times during our stay making the room smell of sewage! The shower was blocked also flooding the entire bathroom. The hot tub was not cleaned or sanitised once & when we did use it we got extremely sick requiring medical treatment. No chemicals were put into it other than one day when we asked! The hot tub had scum all around it.
The location and view were wonderful. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent!

The location is gorgeous - in the quieter side of St Pauls but within walking distance of Bugiba for dining. The St Pauls area is lovely and quiet with lovely coastal walks. The hotel itself is on the water so you can swim in the pool looking out at the boats
We had to move rooms as originally our room 515 was a twin room with barely enough room to move around the beds and the balcony with the partial view was tiny. They were really nice about us and moved us to a much better room.
The food in the restaurant and service was great.
Swimming pool well managed and very clean.
Bedroom was very nice with lovely view, beds were comfortable.

Overall we were very comfortable.
Music in restaurant was dated and took loud and especially didn't like having it at breakfast. Also didn't like the big TV on all time. Nobody was watching it at breakfast. Live music was good though.
Smoking should be in one outside area only. It is so uncommon in UK now for smoking anywhere that we felt very uncomfortable having people smoking around us.
In our bathroom there was no shelf and mirror very wonky.
Not good communication between cleaning staff and reception - note left on TV not relayed to reception.
Water coolers were great but they weren't all cold.
Floor in bedroom not that clean on arrival. Towels looked very old.
Furniture on balcony could do with replacing and upgrading.
No information pack in room.
No power supply for TV!
A beautiful little property , ideally located to explore St Paul’s Bay , Bugibba and the surrounding areas .
It was spotlessly clean and room was really comfortable . Our hot tub room had a wrap around balcony , so plenty of room to relax and sunbathe in private . The pool although not huge was refreshing in the heat and there were always sunbeds available .
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful . Super friendly and always greeted with a smile . The breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold food .
The hotel felt like “ Malta” which I think a lot of the newer hotels have lost in their modernity.
I have been coming to Malta for 40 years and would definitely return here .

Номер був старий, в номері було брудно, з туалету був запах каналізації, рушники брудні,все дуже старе та занедбане , прибирання погане, персонал не привітний
Сам готель не відпадає ціні та 4 зіркам, це зіпсувало нам враження, бо коли ми замовляли то очікували кращого сервісу
Ніколи не хочу опинитися в цьому готелі знову. Парасолі біля басейну погані та падають
Це не відповідало нашим очікуванням та грошам
Навіть вершки які були в номері, коли ми зробили каву виявилися зіпсованими
Great location and staff extremely helpful. Our seaview room was Great breakfast too.
Parking near the hotel could prove to be a bit of a challenge. But that is not the hotel's fault. Some maintenace in the rooms seems to be overdue, e.g fresh paint to bathroom door.

- ładny z zewnątrz oraz części wspólne
- lodówka w pokoju
... i to tyle z plusów hotelu 4-gwiazdkowego
Pokój, czyli chyba najważniejszy element hotelu pozostawał wiele do życzenia. W losowych momentach głośno działająca klimatyzacja, porysowana podłoga, wiele niedoskonałości na ścianach, sufitach, stare meble nie każdemu przypadłyby do gustu, brudna kołdra, grzyby w łazience, niezbyt przyjemny zapach i co najgorsze - obecność owadów w tym jednego rozstrzaskanego na ścianie. Podkreślę, że przez cały pobyt nie otwierałem okna.
Oczywiście mogłem zgłosić to personelowi, ale tego ostatecznie nie zrobiłem, natomiast pomimo wszystko, o ile takie rzeczy (poza owadami) można wybaczyć w hotelach o niższym standardzie, to za taką cenę w hotelu 4-gwiazdkowym - nie.
Na krótsze pobyty będzie całkiem znośnie, ale przy dłuższym - nie polecam.
