Lovely location and sea views let down by multiple issues.
Pros:

Clean room.
Lovely sea view. Seats on the balcony to enjoy the view.

Cons:

Booked a double bed and got two single beds pushed together.
Multiple maintenance issues including TV not working, hair dryer not working and telephone not working.
Threadbare towels to the point one had a hole in it.
Staff not friendly. On the plus side there was genuine effort to fix the TV.

Posizione buona, il resto tutto da rivedere
Pros:

Il servizio bagno e doccia che mettono a disposizione dopo il check out è davvero utile, anche se probabilmente non sufficiente a soddisfare tutte per persone che potrebbero richiederlo in alta stagione. La posizione della struttura è buona, non lontano dal centro e comoda per i traghetti.

Cons:

Non saprei da che parte cominciare… camera al primo piano, zero luce, asse del water rotta, phon che funziona a tratti, materasso e sedia sfondati. Dovevo lavorare da remoto ma stare su quella sedia era impossibile.
Pulizia discutibile, rifanno le stanze in 5 minuti netti. Scarafaggio gigante morto non rimosso dal pavimento accanto al water.
Lenzuola da ospedale di pessima qualità. Il lenzuolo copri materasso non copre il materasso nella zona piedi, quindi tocca dormire con i piedi sopra a una specie di asciugamano che non viene lavato.
Gli asciugamani sono vecchissimi (uno solo per ospite!) e non hanno neanche cambiato un tappetino da mettere per terra in bagno, che quindi rimane sempre bagnato.
Colazione super basica a 13.5€, ho chiesto se mi pulivano un tavolino vicino alla finestra mi hanno risposto che ce n’erano altri già puliti.
La SPA è uno di quei classici posti dove ti farciscono d’olio e la professionalità è molto poca.
Davvero non riesco a capire da dove venga un 8/10 nella media delle recensioni. Fuori stagione la camera più basica, senza colazione, costa più di 100€ a notte. Imbarazzante.

Pros:

The friendliness and relaxed atmosphere. Lovely room. I've stayed many times but newly vamped room on fourth floor was great.

Cons:

Towels in the room over my last few trips have been dreadful. Washed out and discoloured. New towels urgently required. Maybe a few more tea/coffee sachets would be nice. One each per person per day is somewhat penny pinching.😕

Osobiście w takiej kwocie widziałem dużo bardziej jakościowe pokoje
Pros:

Lokalizacja, blisko morza, malutkie restauracje pod hotelem . 7 minut pieszo do portu z którego wypływa się na gozo.
Wanna z hydormasazem bardzo dobre udogodnienie

Cons:

Bardzo skromne wyposażenie szafa i stolik przydałoby się biurko bo rozmiar pokoju na to pozwala.
Bardzo niskie ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem.
Podczas pierwszego dnia było czuć smród z rur kanalizacyjnych.
Room serwis powinien przelać odpływy wodą.

Pěkný hotel s výhledem na moře v dobré lokalitě

Hlučný výtah (zvuk transformátoru) pokoj byl v jeho sousedství.

Een geluk dat het weer oké was. Goed voor één keer.
Pros:

Onderhoudspersoneel was top! Vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bezig. Zeker niet hun fout dat in dit afgeleefd hotel alles er niet even proper bij ligt. Vals plafond in de badkamer kwam door de toch ook steeds los en dan een hoop stof naar beneden. Had een kamer met zeezicht en geluk dat ik op een hoek zat zodat ik 's avonds ook kon genieten van de ondergaande zon. Locatie van het hotel wiel ook wel mee. Je kan vanop deze plaats mooie wandelingen starten en vlak bij de haven waar de overzetboten vertrekken.

Cons:

Veel lawaai door luidruchtige (dronken) toeristen zowel aan zwembad als in hotel tijdens nacht. Ontbijt was rampzalig en zonder variatie (helemaal niet zoals publiciteits foto's doen vermoeden). Onthaal bedienden vielen redelijk mee en beleeft maar één iemand gaf een verkeerde locatie van een bushalte waardoor bus gemist werd. Deze jonge dame die op dat moment aan het onthaal zat was te druk bezig met een spelletje op de smartphone en nam de tijd niet om echt na te kijken.

Dopust na gradbišču
Pros:

Ambient in lokacija hotela

Cons:

Prvi dan so polagali še keramiko v jedilnici,skozi ves dopust so potekala gradbena dela v hotelu in njegovi infrastrukturi.Neudobne postelje in vzglavniki.
Če nisi rekel za brisačo za obraz je nisi dobil,enkrat se je celo zgodilo sploh brisač ni bilo.Sama zvočna izolacija hotela(vsaj v prvem nadstropju)je porazna....v sobo slišiš kako posodo prelaga v pomivalni stroj,ponoči se sliši vse iz hodnika in na hodnik,zjutraj te zopet zbudi prelaganje kozarcev,prerivanje miz v kavarni...v glavnem zelo neprijazno za počitek.
V ponudbi je bil bazen,ki pa je bil neuporaben,ležalniki umazani...
Osebje sicer zelo prijazno,vendar nasmeh mladenke ne odtehta tega da zmanjka krožnikov pri zajtrku ali pa šalic za kavo.
Tuš v sobi prepotreben čistila za vodni kamen,če že za menjavo ni denarja.
