Las habitaciones son confortables, la ubicación del hotel es buena aunque el sector es muy ruidoso.

Cons:

Que el hotel no me quizo cambiar una de las 2 reservas que hice, se excusa fue que la reserva la hice por booking y me dijeron que me entendiera con la aplicación, porque saben que no hay un servicio al cliente directo y ellos como hotel pueden darle el manejo.

Falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones, la ventana de la habitación que me tocó no cierra bien y permite el ingreso del ruido del ambiente, la ducha dispara agua para todos lados, se nota falta de mantenimiento en estas pequeñas cosas que hacen el confort que se espera por la clase de hotel que se está pagando
