Good facilities and food
Pros:

Facilities. Good range of food and nicely cooked, especially the breakfast.

Cons:

Extremely noisy Over 30s disco thumping until 1am on the Friday, causing lack of sleep until it ended (these occur monthly apparently). Horrible view outside the window of just knee-high weeds.

Kindness in Abundance here
Pros:

About 4 members of staff remembered me and where I was from, my last visit and my mum. They really are remarkable.

One morning I was late for breakfast and they gave me coffee and a croissant on the house. I was on my own, in a wheelchair, they were so kind to me

Cons:

The weird lift I had to use to reach reception. It's a kind of manual thing that the staff have to operate, but that's OK.

Lovley comfortable stay.
Pros:

Lovely cozy clean room with ironing facilities. Which I needed. Nice staff, great spacious bar and lovley dinner and breakfast. Nicely located outside Rochester. It's a roadside place aso good for people on the road. I was hiking the PIlgrim's Way through kent. Was ideal for my needs.

Cons:

Would have been nice to swim. But pool was being cleaned or dechemicalised. But that's ok

My IHG Experience
Pros:

I recently stayed at an IHG hotel and had a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

While the overall stay was pleasant, I was disappointed with the breakfast. I ordered room service, but the food arrived cold, the bacon was very dry, and the toast was burnt. Additionally, I had ordered two separate breakfasts, but the orders were mixed up, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience did not meet my expectations.

Disappointing wouldn’t go back even for 1 night
Pros:

Great location for us and it was an easy drive to Brands Hatch

Cons:

Rooms did not feel like they had been cleaned properly
