It was an amazing stay. All the staff was supporting and so helpful. It was the feeling that it is a 5 star hotel in the meaning of service, cleaning, food and spa zone. Me and my little daughter felt like at home. It was a true pleasure.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hat Mitleid mit uns gehabt, da dies ein Ersatzhotel für eins was geschlossen war. Wir haben spontan ein Zimmer bekommen und sogar eine Kleinigkeit aufs Haus erhalten. Alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Easy to find, decent parking, great a/c system… oddly comfortable bed (usually i don’t like a soft mattress).
I’ll repeat the bit about the a/c system- that was why i was there (heatwave).
Why does check in always take so long? No queue but receptionist seemed to take ages.
Room decor has real potential but application was shoddy. Blobs of paint where they shouldn’t be. And carpet was frankensteined together in several places.
Tv remote had several buttons which didn’t work.
Window seals weren’t v good and on a main road, you could hear the traffic all night…
Booked last minute after having an absolute disaster with a property we should have stayed in but checked out within an hour because it was filthy.
Had low expectations because ultimately, its a low budget chain hotel which are usually average at best.
This particular location had some really lovely staff both evening during check in (around 10pm)
And at breakfast time. Every member of staff greeted us whether it was reception staff, those working at breakfast or even the chef.
The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet.
Breakfast was actually pretty decent too.
We had a premium room which I dont think is too different from any others except it has a small fridge.
Paid £95 for 2 adults and a child with breakfast for all 3.
Cant fault it.
