Would recommend and would have no issues staying another time
Pros:

Staff were friendly, there were lots of options for breakfast. Loved the themed evenings. They were fun.

Cons:

The room was very dark and I did have to do a lot of work in the room outside of the course I was attending so more light would have been appreciated. I only had biscuits left on the first day. It would have been nice to have received some each day when cleaning made up the room. The jacuzzi was out of use when I went to use the pool- I did only go once however during my stay. The steam room was over crowded so couldn't use the other facilities.

Good 2 night stay.
Pros:

General ambiance better than expected. Breakfast excellent especially fresh bread.
Bed comfortable. Nice pool.
Very convenient for local attractions.

Cons:

Some noise from other rooms.
Pool/gym changing rooms needed refreshing.
Spa pool out of action.

Overall a pleasant stay. Dining room staff very helpful and informative.
Pros:

Lay out of hotel was good. Dining room also good.

Cons:

Bedroom was nice but bed was uncomfortable. Too soft.
Swimming facility was not available one evening but this was not indicated anywhere leaving guests unsure what was happening.

very disappointed and a total waste of money. I got zero sleep
Pros:

Guy on the reception was brilliant

Cons:

3 men and 1 girl in the room next to me were up drinking and doing drugs all night long. I was a very late check in at midnight having cycled a long way. Once showered and into bed I was exhausted only then to be kept awake all night by them snorting coke and drinking. They were still going until 7am.
I reported to reception but nothing happened

Highly recommended
Pros:

Breakfast had plenty of choices. Everything was fresh. Staff was very welcoming and room was spacious and tidy. Very nice. Best of all, it is located next to small airport but no noise pollution. Swimming pole is added bonus

Nice hotel, good food and great staff, just a couple of minor issues
Pros:

Staff were excellent, couldn’t do more, perhaps the chef needs to learn to count, (always got one more egg than requested), pool nice and warm and sauna great

Cons:

Room smaller then photos show, and looking tired, mirror was broken, and bathroom door had the poorest repair I have ever seen, view out of window was a grass area, that was overgrown and full of weeds, pool area not the best, changing room very tired, steam room dirty, hot tub not working, sounded like it hasn’t for a while
