There was nothing I didn't like about this place,from staff,rooms and food was top class,although I didnt use the facilities on offer ,I could've if I wanted. I've always used premier inns,however having stopped in a different holuday inn all week in various locations,I will certainly be booking more holiday inns in the future,both work and pleasure.
Everything was just perfect.
This place exceeded my expectations, staff were very friendly, the food was good options and the area was really nice!
The bed. So uncomfortable. Only stayed one of two nights
Beds were extremely comfortable, Staff were really friendly and helpful. Very helpful when I enquired about electric car charging nearby
Water could have been warmer, luke warm at best. Although breakfast started at 7 on the weekend, when we ate at 7 the food was barely luke warm, so didn't book for the rest of our stay.

It’s what you expect from a holiday inn
The evening meal and staff we let’s say some its the worse i have had meet and eaten in a long time,
The staff excellent
The breakfast was delicious
The dining and bar areas very comfortable
The bedroom looked tired, places had been quickly toshed over with paint
The shower although looked the part did not meet its expectations, the water flow was weak, the shower head barely had any holes to allow water out and the temperature control took forever to adjust
Two tea bags per couple for an overnight stay was poor as was one packet of broken biscuits.
Dust and cobwebs were clearly visible in the lounge and dining areas, shelving and light fittings
Yet again there was problems in the swimming pool, no heating.
The breakfast was lovely and presented very good , the bar area and lounge areas looked comfortable and nice
The room we had looked abit tired need a little refurbishment. The bed we had was very springy! Once one person moved the other one knows about it lol.

Booked a double bed, selected a double bed at the time of booking, only to find on arrival they only had single beds/twin room.
