Absolutely Worth It!
Pros:

They upgraded us to suite room free of charge. The breakfast was amazing. It had so much variety from Chinese to Full English to western. Hotel rooms were so clean and tidy. The cleaning lady cleaned the room even when we said it’s not necessary.
Bathrooms are spacious and all amenities are there.

Cons:

I would’ve liked if the staff could speak a little bit better English but it wasn’t an issue since they had an AI translator at the front desk.

A good hotel
Pros:

Easy Accessible to tourist place like 30mins by taxi
Staffs were really helpful
Concierge very good, helpful and sincere people.
Breakfast excellent 👌
Fresh fruits

Cons:

I believe a renovation could make the place a better one.
The spa, not worth, unfortunately unprofessional people, a sit is not run by the hotel, they were very rude.
More variety for food for dinner( even a lacarte)

Tak trzymajcie! Kiedyś na pewno wrócimy.
Pros:

Przepyszne i obfite śniadania. Naprawdę każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Doskonały wybór potraw. Uczynni kucharze, którzy przygotują np. omlet na życzenie. Był nawet mój ulubiony sok marchwiowy! Dla amatorów lokalnej kuchni "pełny wypas". Do tego lokalizacja - kilkaset metrów od głównego hubu przesiadkowego Century Avenue i galerii handlowej tuż obok. Nam trafił się pokój z widokiem na Shanghai Tower. Dziękujemy! Po wymeldowaniu concierge zaopiekuje się Waszym bagażem. Macie do dyspozycji łazienki i strefę przebieralni, aby komfortowo przygotować się na dalszą część podróży. Na pewno wrócimy, jeśli nadarzy się okazja.

Cons:

Basen obsługiwany przez firmę zewnętrzną nie licuje ze standardem hotelu. Poza tym naprawdę nie ma do czego się "przyczepić".

Pros:

The hotel's location is great: metro stations are close, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.
Our stay was exceptional: breakfasts were various and tasty and it was always enough space for everyone, we found everything we could possibly need in our room, the room was cleaned on a daily basis.
