Pros:

We have slept one night at the hotel and booked a family room with two double beds. The room was clean, with nice shower products. The view on the river was nice. The location is calm, between the river and the park. Parking the car is easy, the staff was nice. The breakfast was ok, not very good, but ok.

Cons:

The mattresses are too soft and if you have back issues it can be a real problem. But the main issue was the noise of the ventilation system...not the cooling system, but the ventilation which makes a loud noise then stops and stars again. I had to sleep with hear plugs. My 16 years old son with his headset...So I was quite exhausted in the morning. The hotel has a lot of potential, so this needs to be really improved !

Hrana,sobe,položaj hotela je izuzetan. Starinski štih.

Na dolasku,na pultu recepcije je stajala kuharica koja je vikala i diskutirala sa nekim preko telefona.Nitko se uopće nije ustručavao ,te potrudio da tu situaciju smiri,barem kada je več ušao gost u hotel. Nekoliko trenutaka nakon što je to završilo,gospođa na recepciji mi je rekla,da pričekam još malo i nastavila sređivati neke papire. Nitko nam nije sam ponudio i uputio nas na korištenje bazena i saune,dok sami nismo pitali. Bazen i sauna slabo održavani,debelo spremni za renoviranje. Nije baš bilo niti čisto u tom djelu.

Fijn hotel voor 1 overnachting op doorreis van Montenegro naar Oostenrijk
Pros:

In rustig park en aan de rivier gelegen hotel. Ruime nette kamers met grote badkamers. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Buiten op het terras kunnen eten. Historisch stadscentrum Karlovac op loopafstand van het hotel.

Мястото е супер! Но хотела е вече много изхабен и трябва да се ремонтира! Съотношението цена/качество не е ок!

Das Hotel hat definitiv schon bessere Zeiten erlebt.Mit dieser Art und Weise, wie ein Hotel betrieben wird, gewinnt man sicher keine Gäste

Cons:

Die beiden Doppelzimmer hatten einen sehr üblen muffigen Geruch, das Badezimmer stand unter Wasser nach der ersten Dusche, da die untere Fuge komplett aufgelöst war

Overpriced, tired looking accommodation.
Pros:

Having found the Hotel few years back and were impressed by the look and the location, we were eager to return to repeat the memorable experience. Diner staff was very polite, restaurant premises clean and food was tasty.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the increased price has not matched the quality of stay and service overall. Receptionist was indifferent to us coming through the door, beds were super soft which was not ideal for our backs, room carpet had big stains and room had a pungent aroma of stale tobacco. Whilst washing facilities were clean and soaps provided in pumps, there was no complimentary shower caps etc. expected with the hotel of this price. Aircon was too loud and without wishing being meal target to mosquitoes, we kept windows closed and sleeping in hot room was very uncomfortable. We will not be coming back again, which is shame as this historical building and location is a Croatian gem.

Lage, Ruhe, Natur, bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Automatenkaffee beim Frühstück ist schlecht, aber man kann auch richtigen Kaffee bestellen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach.
