Not worth money
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

We had booked deluxe and club room but didn't fine any difference 😔
Both were same ,average rooms ,AC was not working whole night was fixed next day after request
Breakfast was average didn't meet our expectations
Ordered omlette but was not cooked for us
Overall average stay not worth moñey

Cons:

While this property has a lot of potential, several maintenance and design issues in our room significantly impacted our comfort.

First, we requested to have the twin beds joined for our stay. While they were pushed side by side, they were not securely locked or connected. Throughout the night, the beds kept sliding apart in the middle, creating a wide gap that made it incredibly difficult to sleep together comfortably. The hotel needs to invest in proper bed bridges or frame connectors for these requests.

Second, the bedside lamp layout is highly inconvenient. It is positioned in a way that completely hinders you from sitting upright in bed to read or relax without hitting the fixture.

Finally, the soap dispenser in the washroom was frustratingly stiff. It required an excessive amount of force just to get a small amount of soap, which is an unnecessary daily struggle.

We expected a much higher standard of comfort and functionality for the price. The management needs to address these room ergonomics and housekeeping details to improve the guest experience.

المعامله very very bad ويستغلون العرب ولايهتمون الي ملاحظات بوكينج واسعار العرب تختلف عن الهنود خاصه فعلا أقامه تحمل في نفسي الصوره السوداء لحجوزاتي عن طريق بوكينج اعتذر لبوكينج لأنها المره الأولى التي أرى فيها جميع اراء الناس السيءه في هذه الاقامه

The money what I paid not at all worth for the food and service provided
Pros:

Nothing at all Old property. Poor maintenance

Cons:

Reception staff don’t know how to behave with customers. Very poor standard of food. Not worth at all. Many plug points not working. Surprised to know this hotel is run by ITC

Great place for a family stay
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and helpful, the food at the restaurant was delicious and they offered a great variety of dishes for breakfast and lunch. We highly recommend the hotel for families

We had a pleasant stay . My family and kids enjoyed a lot.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodative. I highly recommend this place for family.
