Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, staff were polite

Cons:

Wish there was a fan in the room, ac cooling was not enough on one corner of the bed (twin bed- one towards the bathroom), property is quite old, only 1 shower gel to be used for both body and shampoo, no conditioner, bathroom cubicle is way too small. Went for Spa on 3rd floor but looking at the 2 ladies there i was not confident of taking any massage, they didnt look professional and when I asked something they looked lost. Entire room and corridor smelled musty/ mouldy. Even a normal conversation was heard in the corridors from other rooms.

100% Wrong choice.
Pros:

Breakfast was poor
Rooms especially washroom was not kept clean
Service at reception was very poor
no proper parking. ground floor parking was looking like a old godown. highly unsafe as well

Cons:

Except for location everything else is a disaster. no professionalism. very poor experience.

Pros:

.Kids like more western and elders Indian cuisines. Food was excellent with both North & South Indian along with western options.

Cons:

Dinner and lunch should also be part of packages when rooms are booked from online travel companies too

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent service minded staff, very attentive. The hotel was able to accommodate our request for early check-in for one of the rooms in our group so we could all have a place to rest. Breakfast was very good with several choices and hot meals made to order. Very impressed.
