Amazing hotel.
Pros:

The receptionist was very nice, polite and very helpful. Tolerated my French whilst she could speak very good English. A real credit to this hotel and such a good first impression. Everything about this hotel was fantastic - rooms, decor, cleanliness, the spa, restaurant, food, service.... couldn't fault at all.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Fantastic stay from start to end and will be first choice when back in this area.

Pros:

Wie immer habe ich meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Freundliches, professionelles Personal, leckere, raffinierte Gerichte im Restaurant und das entspannende Spa. Ich empfehle definitiv das Zubuchen einer Massage.

Cons:

Was ich beim leckeren, variationsreichen Frühstück vermisse ist etwas Gurke und Oliven, da ich selbst eher salzig frühstücke.

Pros:

L emplacement le parking très grand

Cons:

Il manque une rampe pour descendre dans la piscine il faut penser aux personnes qui ont des soucis pour descendre les marches
Placer le coffre fort dans l armoire plus haut ,pas compliquer juste à monter l etagere
Dans la salle de bain sèche serviette à mettre

The staff are excellent - very keen to make your stay agreable
Pros:

Loved the spa pool and garden. Loved the tranquility in the spa when they played the meditation music - unfortunately not all the time…

Cons:

No water fountains no mini fridge in the bedrooms

Piscine Hammam super pour se détentre
Pros:

Buffet déjeuner bien mais manque de choix (par rapport à d'autres établissements que j'ai déjà fait) après on trouve l’essentiel. Confitures maison très bonnes.

Cons:

Cousins trop petit, un drap housse sur le matelas qui n'a pas d'accroches sur les côtés du coup fait des plis et s'est gênant pour dormir, levé plusieurs fois pour le remettre en place.
