El personal de 10! Todo perfecto, nos atendieron desde nuestra llegada muy bien, nos recogieron en el aeropuerto sin problemas, hay vigilante de seguridad en la puerta. Pedimos comida en el hotel y tambien perfecto.
La habitación estaba un poco descuidada. La zona en mitad de old delhi por las noches un poco difícil para ir andando.

Hotel 🏨 is very safe , Mahesh helped a lot and was extremely professional a great buffet spread and safe environment....my son and I felt great staying here and oh yes! They provide a free pickup from the airport! Thankyou again for thw warm hospitality!

スタッフの人達がみんな親切でフレンドリーです。何か問題があってもフロントの方に連絡すればしっかりと対応してくれます。スタッフはみんな連携が取れていて、安心感があります。朝食ではスタッフの方がオムレツをいるか聞いてくれました。そのオムレツが熱々で最高に美味しいです。他の食事も色々な種類があって充実しています。ホテルの作りもしっかりとしていて、室内も落ち着いた雰囲気で備え付けの椅子は座り心地最高です。小さなテーブルもセンスが良いです。シャワーは熱いお湯がしっかりと出て、水量もよく出ます。ホテルの場所は地下鉄ニューデリーの徒歩圏内。国鉄ニューデリー駅はすぐ近くで、まさに何処へ行くにもベストな立地だと思います。ホテルの近くには美味しいレストランがいくつかあり、小さなスーパーもあります。1番良かったのは、大きな道路の一本裏の道にホテルがあるので、ホテルのすぐそばまでオートリクシャー、タクシーで移動できる事です。パパールガンジに慣れていないと狭い道にあるホテルまで到着するのに大変苦労すると思いますが、このホテルなら迷わず見つかると思います。以上、ビジネスマンからツーリストまで、滞在の拠点として最高だと思います。強くお勧めします。

Ho richiesto la carta igienica e un asciugamano che mancavano per ben 2 volte e si sono dimenticati.
Appena arrivato, ancora prima di effettuare il pagamento mi è stato chiesto di mettere una recensione a 5 stelle sull'hotel perché mi avevano permesso di pagare con carta...almeno fammi vedere la camera e alla fine del servizio ti metto la recensione, non ancora prima di soggiornare.

I recently stayed at The Prime Balaji Deluxe and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough First of all, the location is unbeatable. Being just a short walk away from the New Delhi Railway Station, it serves as the perfect base for exploring the city or catching an early train, yet it remains wonderfully peaceful inside The rooms are a true sanctuary of comfort and absolute cleanliness. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job; our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep after a busy day out Another massive highlight was the excellent breakfast. The buffet spread offered a wonderful variety of delicious, freshly prepared dishes that gave us the perfect start to our mornings What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the great management and stellar hospitality under Anchit and Mahesh. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warm approach make a massive difference. They lead a team that is genuinely attentive, welcoming, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a comfortable stay

Environment and location
This was my first time staying here, and they made me feel completely comfortable from the very beginning. The cleanliness, food, and overall hospitality were excellent. Since I’m from South India, I was initially a little concerned about the food, but I never faced any difficulty at all.
