A nice hotel at a reasonable price. The bedding was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and customer service was quick

Pros:

Everything!! The front desk staff had an exceptional service! Hot tub was great and comfortable even though it’s a bit small but at least it’s there in working condition and in this price. The price was cheap comparing to the quality we got. Room was clean and well equipped. The bed and pillows were so comfy too. Breakfast was included. and great service too. Highly recommended!

Comfy beds and mountain views.
Pros:

Very clean and modern rooms, even a table and chairs. Very comfortable beds. Good coffee-maker and coffee provided in room.

Cons:

We had to walk outside to get from our room to the front desk and breakfast area. Breakfast area is very small with only 5 tables for a large hotel.

Wonderful stay, will be back.
Pros:

Clean and great location. Staff very helpful. Check-in and out super easy.

Cons:

Minor notes. Hallway noise can be heard. But they have a 10-7 quiet time and we heard nothing after nine actually.

You can here the train go by, I like it. But you should be aware it can be heard.

Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité-prix! Chambre très grande, rénovée, impeccable et offrant une belle vue sur les montagnes. Personnel accueillant, déjeuner inclus et varié. Nous avons aussi apprécié l’accès facile aux chambres avec un code plutôt qu’une carte. Emplacement parfait pour une halte entre Vancouver et les Rocheuses. Nous recommandons sans hésitation!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable with a couch, dining table and chairs, and a separate bedroom and bathroom.
The included breakfast was great with lots of choice.
The location was good with little noise.
