Wonderful family stay 💜
Pros:

10/10. We had a wonderful stay and felt very well looked after from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, the facilities were very comfortable and well maintained, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I would especially like to mention one of the gentlemen at reception, who was absolutely wonderful with my children and always treated us with such kindness. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious food.

What made our stay even more special was the lovely surprise they prepared for my daughter Winniej’s birthday. They gave her a cake, a beautiful birthday card and an ice cream. 🎂🍦💜 It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her feel very special.

We are leaving with beautiful memories of our stay and the wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially to families. We would definitely stay here again!

Das Frühstück war super lecker. Gute Auswahl, frische Zubereitung.
Die Lage ist gut, das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade das Badezimmer könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen.

Pros:

Very convenient property and was easy to get to Sydney marathon! Was difficult to find a hotel and this one didn’t have completely unreasonable prices.
Staff were very nice and professional, rooms were big.

Cons:

First room I stayed in (1st floor) was perfectly fine but in the second room (5th floor, harbor view king) the bathtub had some grime leftover, the heating also wasn’t working properly so it was pretty cold. Was just happy to have somewhere to stay though!

Pros:

Très bon établissement, personnel sympathique et efficace. L emplacement à moins de 50m des arrêts train et bus, le centre ville et les plages rapidement accessibles.
Chambre et sdb spacieuses et confortables.
Le petit déjeuner est bien complet et de bonne qualité, le restaurant de l hôtel également très appréciable avec un bon rapport qualité prix

Fantastic location for trains, food, and walking to the city center. Awesome wee place
Pros:

Breakfast was great! Everyday we went down and the staff set up our table so my wee family could watch the football world cup. So kind.

便利な場所にあり、お得感があった。スタッフもフレンドリーだった。スーパーフードを原料とするアメニティが良かった。

Cons:

観光のど真ん中の場所ではなく、少しごちゃっとした地域。そのため近場で食事をしようと思うと基本的に地元の人が行くようなB級グルメの店が多くて、観光客向けのレストランが見つけにくい。

Stunning views but before we got up to our room, parking was easy and quick and the concierge was super friendly. Great personality for front desk.

Cons:

Its minor but wortha mention. There were no plates or saucers so we called to ask for some and they said it will be considered "room service" to provide it and also coz we declined to have them come, they said we can come down to get them... REALLY?
