After more than 10 years of staying at the Evergreen. my impression is the same - it's great

Pros:

部分人員的主動觀察、服務態度很好。
飯店位於台灣大道，下交流道後算方便、好找。
主動告知這次房間有幫忙升級大間一點的，感覺很棒。

Cons:

下午3點就讓我們進去房間了，可能比一般可入房時間早，所以地毯還有點潮溼感。
入房後發現，椅墊下有小垃圾沒清理到，房間床單上也有毛髮。
依照入住價格來說，早餐的種類、多樣性、好吃程度，需要在加油。
部分人員的服務應對、SOP也真的需要再加強。

整體來說這次體驗非常的差，給4分是因為大多人員的態度還是很棒。
