Very disappointed in the experience
This is NEVER a 4* Hotel
It has the feel of a 1970s hostel and the room was very tired and the decor and bed spreads have possibly seen better days.
I feel (for the first time) genuinely let down by Booking.com.
We select 4* facilities for reasons of quality / this fell well short of expectations.
It was so poor that we had to book an additional hotel for the remaining 2 nights of our stay.
the shower was amazing, breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and tasty. Bed was comfy and air-conditioning was great

Las sábanas eran pequeñas para la cama , no te tapabas bien, porque no era la medida de la cama , creo que pusieron una encimera de 90 para una cama grande , era incómodo para dormir .
