Buffet digamos bien pero poca variedad, las instalaciones pésimas, mal olor en los pasillos, está deteriorado y viejo se ve que no hacen nada de mantenimientos ni cambios, el colchón es una espuma bastante incómoda, el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones pésimo igual, sopla más que enfriar.
Que estaba a las afueras
Personal de recepción un poco borde, tienes que coger transporte para ir al centro y el personal de los autobuses, mejor ni hables con ellos. Mejor buscar hotel en el centro.
La habitación, el parking gratuito en subterráneo y el desayuno.
Qué está a las afueras de Benidorm y no hay música en la piscina.

Le baño la bañera se ve muy deteriorada con óxido
Por mi parte mi habitación perfecta y muy limpia y amplia pero por la parte de mi hija me dejó que desear. Por lo demás gente amable, y todo muy bien... Pero en mi habitación
Una de las habitaciones no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y me intentaron convencer de que si funcionaria porq a esa parte del hotel le daba más sol. Pero aún así no es normal que desde las 13:30 hasta las 19:00 horas el aire no enfríara la habitación por lo que me dieron otra después de bajar dos veces a recepción, fuimos para una noche y en mi habitación ( teníamos 2 habitaciones reservadas) nos tuvimos que ir todos pq no había manera de que enfriará la habitación....
