Everything was good
If you install air-conditioning that will be a great help
Location, how friendly the staff were, rooms were incredible
Spacious and comfortable.
No air conditioning in bedroom
billant hotel is you are going to a concert in Marlay Park
The staff were really efficient
Comfy Bed with lovely staff on reception
Very poor value for money & bar staff were sub standard & unmotivated
Room great to see windows were open when we got to the room - allowing some air to circulate as the weather was very warm - and a fan was provided as well.
Bar - had lunch in the bar - staff were friendly and the food was excellent
Shower - looked like the shower head was missing and the water drained very slow
Location is very good
Old fashioned decor, basic room. TV worked only intermittently. Parking fee an extra €10.00
I loved that a shuttle bus service to The Cure gig was put on, Great that pizza was served after the gig and the bar stayed open until late. Staff were all super friendly and excellent. All made for a very memorable weekend
Lack of AC i rooms on what was one of the hottest days of the year, bed was way too soft. Would have liked a fidge in the room to chill the drinking water
Reception staff where lovely and very helpful.
However Staff in bar where so rude!
Understanding hospitality and its importance should be a priority, having basic manners would be a bonus !
Bar staff, (Florence) and others
