Pros:

Bed was lovely and cosy.

Cons:

We had no fridge. Last time we stayed we had a mini fridge.
I mentioned this when we left and was told I could of asked for one. 😱

Well worth it, and will do it again.
Pros:

The whole experience from stepping in the door was really good, friendly and helpful staff. the food was good, the room was good, and very quiet, which my wife asked for. On the whole a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Could do with softer pillows. this is very minor.

Adequate for the purpose but not as good as other Holiday Inns or Premier Inns
Pros:

Breakfast was reasonably good as regards cooked food although the staff were constantly playing catch up. good selection of fruit. Room a bit smaller than other Holiday Inns we have used.

Cons:

Prices at the bar were high and service at the bar slow. Understaffing?
