Great vintage feel hotel right in Old Town with great friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and had great advise for places around the neighborhood. I had visited Prague before so I wasn't looking for the typical tours and attractions. Laura and Tom were both gave great advise as to which shops and museums to visit. The hotel has a great vibe and the decorations and public areas are top notch.

Cons:

I wasn't able to figure out the tv, but I didn't really try. They did offer to look at it but as I was there to see attractions it wasn't necessary.

Excellent location ambience and facilities.
Pros:

Excellent location in the old city. The period feel with the modern amenities. Coffee, tea and water available 24/7. The family run ambiance with pictures and documents from the hotel’s history. The reception staff were warm, friendly and helpful.

Amazing Hotel and Location
Pros:

Amazing location, less than 5mins from town square an astronomical clock, lots of restaurants nearby.

Staff super friendly and helpful, couldn’t have done more for us, made to feel really welcome

Only location

Cons:

This room was in the attic with no windows. There is one skylight in the ceiling. It was suffocating. There was a bug flying inside the room. At night I can hear conversations from next room and couldn’t sleep till late. It was bad room walls. Bathroom shower was very small. We can barely move.

Pros:

The staff was exceptionally helpful. Having air conditioning made the stay very comfortable during the heat wave.
The property was well maintained with lots of comfortable areas to rest and relax.
