Insure enough toilet supplies in rooms..for example tissues and toilet rolls. Although not a serious complaint these were somewhat lacking for a top price suite.
Stayed here Wednesday night was a little sceptical as when pulled in car park couldn't see much ,however what a lovely hotel room excellent massive lots of amenities and soft furnishings, staff friendly nice seating area overlooking the beach and the breakfast was outstanding

Faultless. This is a quality hotel with very high standards and with great attention to detail. The staff were very friendly and everything from the accommodation to the food was superb.

Car Parking is sometimes a problem, as the restaurants and outside dining is ;popular.
The main hotel facilities were well maintained, clean, and presented to a high standard. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches, including the chocolates and complimentary drinks in the fridge, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
The main disappointment was the size of the room, which felt extremely small. There was very little space to move around comfortably or store luggage, which was particularly noticeable during a two-night stay.
For the price of two nights we could have found something with a better view and size locally. Other touches weren't great, body wash and hand wash bottles didn't pump and fridge wasn't cold at all.
The service was generally good, but on Friday evening at dinner the team appeared quite stretched. While it was clear that the hotel was busy, the service felt unattentive and slow at times.

A people focussed hotel with genuine staff who go the extra mile. The rooms are well appointed and have a certain quirkiness too. The food is excellent.
Electric charging is far from suitable.
Upgraded room was absolutely first class, public areas very clean & comfortable. The Hotel was busy but staff were very attentive & nothing was too much trouble.
