Nice Hotel but poor sound insulation
Pros:

Our family stayed at this hotel for one night. Everything was clean and comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, explaining all the details regarding parking. The parking fee was €29 per day.

Cons:

In the morning, there was a terrible noise somewhere outside the room (it sounded as if someone was vacuuming right next to my ear), which woke me up.
There was no drinking water provided in the room.

Było naprawdę czysto, hotel jest oddalony od centrum, ale obok niego znajduje sie przystanek tramwajowy oraz autobusowy więc nie ma problemu z szybkim dostaniem się w dowolne miejsce. Hotel w dobrej cenie, polecam

Ich habe mir um das viele Geld mehr erwartet!
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Es war überall Staub. Auf den Lichtern, der Abluft im Badezimmer usw. Das darf in einem Hotel nicht sein!! Die Klima funktionierte auch nur mäßig und war sehr laut. Ebenfalls wusste ich im vorhinein nicht, dass es eine Anlaufstelle für Bustourismus ist. Dementsprechend geht es extrem laut und drängeld beim Frühstück zu. Das Frühstück war für österreichische Verghältnisse sehr schlecht!

Preis/Leistung passen.
Pros:

Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Freundlichkeit von Frau Lorenz. Sie ist mehr als bemüht, damit beim Frühstück alles passt.
Ihre zuvorkommende Art sucht ihresgleichen in anderen Hotels.

Cons:

Äußerst störend war der Lärm am Morgen! Unser Zimmer in den Innenhof versprach Ruhe, jedoch wurden wir jeden Morgen in aller Frühe geweckt. Die Herren vom Zimmerservice beginnen ihren Tag eine Stunde lang beim Kaffee lautstark in eben diesem Innenhof. Da unser Wienaufenthalt auch Erholung sein soll, war dies sehr ärgerlich. Deshalb werden wir wohl nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel suchen.
