We did not stay there at all.

Very near Sydney Marathon 2026 start point.

Cons:

We have booked 2 standard rooms on the second floor and a deluxe room on the ground floor for 6 days 5 nights at a AUD8165.30. We found a dead cockroach and a big live cockroach in our deluxe bedroom at the moment when we entered the deluxe room. The ceiling chandelier lighting has only 2 light bulbs working. The toilet ventilation fan was full of dust and the dust just blew out when it was turn on.
We, seven of us, did not stay a single night at the hotel. It was such an over-priced and disgusting hotel we have ever encountered. We immediately booked another nearby 4 star hotel which was cheaper and cleaner with a beautiful view of Sydney. We have wasted AUD8165.30 for 6 days 5 nights at The North Shore Hotel which we never get to stay. It almost spoiled out holidays if not for the 4 star hotel we managed to book at the last minute.

staff went above and beyond when i had a medical episode they moved my car so I wasn’t towed
