Buena opción para quedarse en Santiago
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo buenísimo! La ubicación excelente! Como sugerencia podrían agregar café descafeinado que no sea instantaneo sino de máquina igual que el otro café.

Cons:

El Hotel estaba el mantenimiento, el piso donde estaba mi habitación olía a cigarrillo muy fuerte y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba, vale recalcar que muy amablemente nos cambiaron de habitación a otra en la que si funcionaba el aire acondicionado.

Lot of small stairs, Work on water supply was not finished on time. Elevators didn't work all the time. No problem for us but it was a problem for our fellow travellers.
