Mala experiencia por mal diseño de baño, pésima iluminación y pobre calidad de servicio.
Cons:

El baño de la habitación 711 es un desastre! la puerta de acceso al WC no cierra, el agua de la ducha cae irremediablemente afuera e inunda la habitación, tuvimos que usar toallas para secar el piso y nos quedamos sin toallas. Pésima iluminación en la habitación, con segmentos a oscuras e interruptores que no funcionan. Prometieron llamar una vez que nos instaláramos, pero nunca lo hicieron. Tampoco prepararon la cama en la noche, según es costumbre en los buenos hoteles que incluso dejan un chocolate de cortesía.

Buena opción para quedarse en Santiago
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo buenísimo! La ubicación excelente! Como sugerencia podrían agregar café descafeinado que no sea instantaneo sino de máquina igual que el otro café.

Cons:

El Hotel estaba el mantenimiento, el piso donde estaba mi habitación olía a cigarrillo muy fuerte y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba, vale recalcar que muy amablemente nos cambiaron de habitación a otra en la que si funcionaba el aire acondicionado.
