Great hotel I wanted to stay at due to US embassy proximity, but front desk very inflexible and not customer sat oriente

Cons:

Front desk staff, management, reservation not helping the customer and washing their hands of my request to shorten my stay, putting blame on agent and refusing to help. It was a difficult situation for me as one of the USA skiers impacted by the fire in Nevados Chillan - we lost everything but they were VERY inflexible . Very poor customer experience

Una muy mala experiencia.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena.

Cons:

Durante mi estadía, los ascensores se echaron a perder y nadie aviso nada. Habían huespedes subiendo y bajando por las escaleras, y solo por uno de ellos supe que había un ascensor para funcionarios que podíamos usar.
Los ascensores nunca funcionaron y nadie dio ninguna explicación, ni menos alternativas.
Por otro lado, el agua de la ducha salía fría, tampoco se solucionó.
Y durante el desayuno, nos estuvieron apurando todo el tiempo porque tendrían un evento.
