Comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable would definetly book this hotel again
Pros:

The room was excellent it located with a good view of the front of the hotel. It was ambient even though there is development works going on. The reception staff were exceptionally polite, professional and explained all the facilities and services on offer. We were not rushed and treated as though we were the only person checking in. Great to be greeted with a warm welcoming smile it made all the difference after a long journey.
The staff in the breakfast lounge were mostly pleasant, but the lady checking us in was rude abrupt and quite condecending in her approach. The breakfast was limited, they had ran out of fruits by the time we arrived for breakfast and it was not refilled.
